Who cares about the rigged circus games at this point. Sports betting being made legal killed any fair competition.

@fitzandwhit Fitz is on to something here. Think about how they are doing this in the Premier League for goals. The technology already exists we just have to implement it.

Soccer already has this technology. They use it for offsides and goal line. It is not just on the turf it is vertical.

We just replaced the chain measurement but not the chains. And Fitz you’re right we just need to know exactly when the whistle is blown. To do the is effectively we need to change how officials operate the end of play mechanics, either have the whistle frequency picked up by a pocket receiver or move from a whistle to mechanism like a jeopardy button to signal on a data stream when the whistle took place. For situations like the end of game for Buffalo it was hard to tell where the ball was, when the whistle blew and didn’t player get there. It’s possible but a lot of mechanics need to change. Been down this road as much as anybody. What I did is a started every new set of downs at a yard line. Get start on the 20, get 10.5 yards, start the next set of downs at the 31. Went from .75 measurements per game to .05! NFL does it sometimes too now…

So a man has a 5th grade daughter, takes her to a public place, and asks her to look after her siblings for 15 minutes so he can interview for a job? Sounds like the responsible thing to do, and the guy was trying to be a good Father.
