Nope. There’s only one Priest, for men AND women, and that is Jesus. Further, women are also created in God’s image, per Genesis. Until you understand these two FACTS, you will misunderstand real Biblical manhood.

I like @VoddieBaucham very much. But did you notice in his comments what was missing? The Word of God. He stated some good principles, but no Scripture to support his assertions. This is an unfortunate trend among evangelical leaders today. Read the Word, speak the Word, explain the Word. (Beg :8:8; Ezra 7:10)

Pretty good but men are not the priest of the family. We are all, all believers, priests. The priesthood of all believers In 1 Peter 2:9 applies to women as well; to minimize that is part of the problem.

I’ve heard a lot of people say the Bible commands men to be the protectors of their household. I’m not necessarily disagreeing with the concept, but can someone please show me that command in Scripture?
