100% abuse if someone does this to a woman without her consent. It takes YEARS to grow back long hair. My parents were awful when I was growing up, and as a punishment for me using a hair straightener- yes a hair straightener- my mom sat me down in a chair and proceeded to cut off ALL my hair up to my ears. I was 14 years old, an age when girls are already very insecure. I proceeded to swallow two entire bottles of pills, easily over 100 with the full intention of unaliving myself. I had no recollection of anything that happened between that and when I woke up in the hospital vomiting up charcoal confused and mad that I was still alive, because I went unconscious. This is 100% abuse.
