Long text posts are destined to be ignored by the algorithm, but I'd love if you shared it because I CARE A LOT about this aspect of Armored Core. Something I really want FromSoftware to note is how Soft Lock/Target Assist:OFF should function in future Armored Core titles. Currently on a surface level, using Soft Lock means higher accuracy right? However that reality is that it comes with delays in shooting because ACs turn back around to the target because they match movement direction when not firing + this also messes up your movement with serious momentum/speed losses when changing directions. An easy fix in making Soft Lock feel better to play with is to either always have the AC face an enemy if you are targeting it OR just have the AC always face the direction you are looking in, just like old Armored Core. I really just want to play AC without feeling punished for controlling my camera manually. #AC6 #armoredcore #アーマードコア6

Well the final boss turned out to be a joke - just look at the fight, but it's done rolled credits on CRIMSON desert after 180 hrs, but this isn't the end. Based on it's peak and shortcomings - it's 8/10 for me. Could have easily been 9.5 if the game was built with more focus on making everything come together in a better way.
