Former Marine here. First, they aren't solders (that's Army). They are Marines. Let the right branch own this. Get the unit (ex. 3/7 India Co.) and the CO's name. Out of courtesy give them 24 hours to start the UCMJ process started, them make them famous. This can't stand.

So basically, human trafficking is happening on a US military base, and they are mostly worried about trying to cover their collective asses?!?

This made me cry... in order to protect the Marines "dignity," they would blame a 13yr old girl who was fucking raped by Devil Dogs and sold as a sex slave. Literally, crying...
