Seems like antrochanal polyp! Causes nasal obstruction and mainly one side. Very simple procedure and patient improve imemdiately. It is fluid filled cyst, start in the maxillary sinus and protrude into nasal cavity to reach the end of the nose.

It looks as if it’s filled with mucin. Is that what’s inside?

Mucin is little thicker than what is inside this polyp. I would defer the answer to pathologist in the crowd 🤷♂️ Surgeons remove it and pathologists prove it! 🙃

it’s a rare type of Pokemon

Found it 😅

Is that an antrochoanal polyp?

I think you might be right! 👏🙇🏻♂️

@drkeithsiau @TheKoshurDoc @grok @grok Thank you, but can you put it in English.

@lluiscarlos24 @drkeithsiau @TheKoshurDoc Sure! An antrochoanal polyp is a benign, solitary growth arising from the maxillary sinus, extending through the sinus opening into the nasal cavity. It's often removed surgically, as shown in the video. Let me know if you need more details.

A massive boogeroma.

Much easier to remember 🤣👏

So now we know where the gummi bears come from !

I’m disappointed he didn’t stretch it!

Antrochoanal polyp.

Congratulations! You either good with nasal pathology or good with Russian! 🫡

I might be wrong but this seems most likely.

Obviously it’s the modern day abortion

Illegal in some states 😅

Is it alive? Holy Yikes!!😬

At least it’s not this!

@GabyLouSunshine اشرح ذلك @grok

you gonna eat that?

Just need some soy and wasabi

Polyps it is. Had monstrous chicken breast type polyps removed from my nogging a couple years ago. Oh when they removed the drains it was like giving birth through the nose :D

Is it some kind of nasal packing ??

Should they put it back? 😅

Lighter version of demogorgon flesh 😜

Nasal polyp

Imagining being stopped at a traffic light and picking one of these out.

KC and the Sunshine band had it right!

Nasal polyp, major cause of snoring

🛑 Antrochoanal Polyp 🔷️ Benign polyp arising from the maxillary sinus and extending into the choana 🔷️ Seen mostly in children & young adults 🔷️ Causes unilateral nasal obstruction (classic feature) 🔷️ May present with mouth breathing, snoring, ↓ smell 🔷️ Not usually associated with allergy (unlike bilateral nasal polyps) 🔷️ Endoscopy shows a smooth, solitary, unilateral mass extending to nasopharynx 🔷️ Treatment: Functional Endoscopic Sinus Surgery (FESS) — complete removal including the antral part (to prevent recurrence).

Somebody's got to stop trying to snort gummy worms...

Antrochoanal polyp or Killian's polyp.

Holy shit it must have felt satisfying getting that things removed

Runaway banana slug? I thought snail mucin was supposed to go on the skin…

can someone answer it please

@Mohamme23526509 Embryo

@Mohamme23526509 what? haha

@Mohamme23526509 An answer but not necessarily correct!

I think the surgeon's explanation/description says it best - certainly better than I could (I don't speak that language)

I have no idea what he said. That’s surgical communication for you 😜🙈

Then we can say his assertions are inarguable🥸

A huge booger you are welcome

In the old days we made do with gooey Green snot. Now youngsters have Jelly snot that needs surgical removal instead of a good blow of their hooter.

it’s a rare type of Pokemon 🖤

Baby

Feoutus

Bro said it’s a pokemon😭

Gummy Bear. You have to chew them thoroughly. Digestive acids have little to no effect on them.
