This is a very good microcosm of how a genocide happens in the first place. She didn’t really even understand what she was doing. She just felt, for a brief moment, the power of having an unfair advantage. She was intoxicated by it. She loved it. She is sick. In her instance, she found out she was wrong before anything bad happened. But this is the sickness that those in Israel have. They just haven’t been held to account yet.
