I can see him develop like Bellingham role wise, don't know if he'll get to Jude's level for sure but we'll see. Personally think he needs a loan to a championship club.

This perception that all players need phased loans up the league system is nonsense anyway. More so Donley than Abbot but why does the jump have to be too big? Dele jumped from league 1 to premier league starter. Get them around the squad and let them fight for a place.

It’s not nonsense, some players can make the jump. But not sure he scales up at this point, his touch is too loose still, overreliant on his athleticism imo.
