✨VIDEO CONTEST TIME ✨ 🕸️ $100 first place / $50 second place 🕸️ I usually do a giveaway, but I thought this way would be more fun. I love inspiring your creativity! Here’s the rules: 🥀video must be findom/femdom related in some way. 🥀video must be 20 seconds - 1 minute long. 🥀video may only contain you unless a second party’s face is completely obscured. No nudity — near nudity okay! If you're a faceless domme, your face can be obscured as long as I can tell it's you! 🥀I always have a theme. Last time I used my favorite band but this time I wanted something I know Findom Twitter appreciates so I went with ASHNIKKO! Lip sync to her song, have it playing in the background, say her lyrics, dress like her... get creative! As I don't know every B-side of hers though, please list the song you are referencing when you enter. Not following the theme is a DISQUALIFICATION! 🥀 BE CREATIVE! This is what I will be grading on. Don’t just copy the example that I put in this post — I want to see what you come up with! I’ll be choosing mainly on creativity, talent and effects, but that doesn’t mean you need million dollar software! (CapCut and InShot are two great app options!) Just make it stand out and BE DIFFERENT AND UNIQUE! That’s the whole point of findom! 🥀ultimately I will be deciding the winner, but I *WILL* take voting into account. If you decide to post the video in this post, others can comment and cast a vote for it! NO voting for yourself or on backup accounts — that’ll get you disqualified. Having your friends vote for you is fine but I’ll see that — I’m not looking for a popularity contest , I want people to vote for the videos they like! You can vote for up to three, even if you’re not participating. And if you’d rather just DM me your video, that’s perfectly fine and won’t count against you! 🥀no drama, cheating, or ugliness. We did this great last time and I promise to be as fair as I can. Let’s just have this be a fun thing, okay? If you lose, be a gracious loser. 🥀 consider watermarking your content. I do not plan to do ANYTHING with it except post it once if you are the winner, but be on the safe side. 🥀 must be following me to enter! Please RT this if your friends would like to try! ✨✨✨✨THIS CONTEST WILL BE OPEN UNTIL WEDNESDAY, APRIL 17TH at 11pm CST! DM me with any questions! Here’s my example (no I’m not entering): ✨✨✨✨

Here's my first series of Anime created by Generative AI. Vidu 2.0 is a groundbreaking advancement for storytelling in the Anime style. #vidu @Viduforhuman Hi everyone 😊 😉 Here's my first AI-created Anime series. The name of my anime is Kuro & Yuki. I won't spoil the story for you, but it begins with these two boys locked up in what appears to be a highly secure institute/prison. Yuki has reached the age where he has awakened his power. While wandering the corridors of the institute, he meets Kuro, a boy with autism. It's a fleeting encounter as they end up being separated. As the story unfolds, you'll understand who they really are and why they are locked up. I don't plan on making episode 2 yet, even though I've grown attached to my characters' story. I'll continue the story only if a lot of people are interested and want to know what happens next. Otherwise, I'll explore other universes and styles of Anime 😉 Tools: - Epidemic Sound (For sound effects) - Vidu AI (to transform frames into animation) - ElevenLabs (for certain expressions) When I say Vidu 2.0 is a game-changer, I mean it. I had already made my animation with the previous version of Vidu, but when they gave me access to the beta, I urgently changed my plans and recreated all the animations. Let me tell you, it's a whole new level. My first animation was ultra frustrating to bring my ideas to life! Really! And since Vidu couldn't handle many image styles, I clearly couldn't bring my ideas to life. But with Vidu 2.0, I enjoy it much more! For the first time, I really get to bring my ideas to life! Until now, I always had to make compromises. Of course, Vidu is still not perfect, and there are still many obstacles, but it is a truly magnificent advancement! (and it surpasses all the Anime-style AIs I've tested recently) Moreover, Vidu 2.0 is fantastic for special effects, but also for embedding elements into the video (like a hand that appears and interacts with the character, or another character; and the best part is that they perfectly match the style of the original images!) * The animations/images and voices are AI-generated * The SoundDesign is traditional and done by me * The story was entirely written by me (I don't use AI to create my stories, it's important to me to write them myself) The voices were generated thanks to Nijivoice (for secondary characters) and Hailuo Audio (for main characters). I thank Yachimat (yachimat - AI Short Anime) for introducing me to Nijivoice, it's very generous of him! During the beta, we didn't consume credits, otherwise, this animation would have cost me around 20,000 credits, ha ha. Vidu 2.0, with its superb stability and fidelity to the style of images, offers brand new horizons for storytelling! One problem with Vidu 2.0 is that for now, you have to manually extend videos (by exporting the last frame). As you can see, this allowed me to create long scenes with different actions, and everything fits together perfectly! There are still many obstacles to storytelling, such as character consistency (I use the image to video function; I produce my images with Nijijourney) and it's always laborious to have a consistent character! The same goes for backgrounds. Here are the points I've identified that would facilitate storytelling: For Vidu: - Function to extend videos (you can already do this manually by exporting the last frame) - Function to invent the beginning or end of a video using a single frame (you can already do this manually by putting a completely white or completely black image as the first or last frame; this technique also allows you to have very dynamic results with Vidu 2.0! ) - It's difficult to obtain facial expressions for certain image styles (the same image style that the previous version couldn't handle at all). - More dynamism There's always room for improvement, but Vidu 2.0 has truly opened up exciting new possibilities for creative storytelling. ai aiart aianimation aianime ainews anime animenews aitools aitool

CSS Tip! 💫 You can create this responsive perspective warp animation with 3D CSS and container queries ✨ (Video reveals trick 👀) .warp { container-type: size; perspective: 100px; transform-style: preserve-3d; resize: both; overflow: hidden; } Couple of tricks in this one 🤓 The main idea is to create a tunnel (an open-ended cube). On each side of the tunnel, use linear-gradient to create the grid lines ✨ .side { background: linear-gradient(#fff 0 1px, transparent 1px 5%) 50% 0 / 5% 5%, linear-gradient(90deg, #fff 0 1px, transparent 1px 5%) 50% 50% / 5% 5%; } To position each side, you rotate on the x-axis by 90deg. Each side would become invisible at this point. So you give the scene perspective 😉 .warp__side--top { width: 100cqi; height: 100cqmax; transform-origin: 50% 0%; transform: rotateX(-90deg); } The cool part here is that you want to make each side the same height. But the container is responsive. So you can use a container query and make sure each side is 100cqmax tall 🫶 Then the "beams". Each side contains "beams". They have different colors, sizes, and positions, and move at different speeds ⚡️ We can control that through scoped custom properties. .beam { width: 5%; position: absolute; top: 0; left: calc(var(--x, 0) * 5%); aspect-ratio: 1 / 2; background: linear-gradient( hsl(var(--hue) 80% 60%), transparent ); translate: 0 100%; animation: warp calc(var(--speed, 0) * 1s) calc(var(--delay, 0) * -1s) infinite linear; } The magic here is though that a beam's animation is as basic as translating it from the top of the side to the bottom. And you can get that distance with a container query again 🔥 @keyframes warp { 0% { translate: -50% 100cqmax; } 100% { translate: -50% -100%; } } And that is pretty much it! A cool warp animation effect using 3D CSS and container queries ⚡️ If you have any questions, let me know ᵔᴥᵔ CodePen.IO link below! 👇

One of the most incredible things I’ve learned in 30+ years of research is this: Your body can create some of the purest, most powerful stem cells on the planet from within you. 🤯 I’ve studied how the human body regenerates, detoxifies, and protects itself with its own built-in defense system when given the right inputs. And one of the most controversial areas of that research? Urine therapy. 💧 Not because it’s new. Because it’s ancient. For thousands of years, cultures have understood that the body doesn’t randomly create waste. It creates intelligence. Biological feedback. Signaling compounds. So why are people paying tens of thousands of dollars for regenerative treatments 💰 while ignoring what the body naturally produces every day? Because we’ve been programmed and brainwashed into believing our urine is gross and waste. These are the beliefs we’re going to challenge at the Urine Summit. If you want to understand the history, the science, and the debate around these claims, join me and my colleagues: ✨ TROY CASEY - PRESIDENT OF PLANET EARTH — Longevity authority and natural health pioneer 🎥 Jonathan Otto — Investigative filmmaker uncovering global healing traditions 🔬 Maria Crisler — Clinical research scientist exploring immune and cellular mechanisms 📚 Megan Macdonald, PhD — Expansion Healing Founder of the Urine Therapy Research Initiative We’re not asking you to blindly believe anything. We’re examining the biology, the metabolites, the immune components, and the historical use of urine therapy through both ancient tradition and modern investigation. 📖✨ 📅 Tuesday, February 24th | 10am–12pm CDT 📍 Hosted by Dr. Edward Group, DC — Live on Zoom 💲 FREE to join ⏳ Replay available for 7 days 👉 Below are links to join the summit and as well as watch my full, uncensored interview 📹 about this with INSPIRED Register for free: Interview: You’re not crazy. chatgpt images 2.0 has been live for 24h so let's dig in how to use ChatGPT Images 2.0 to create product photos, brand books, UI mockups, and ad creative that actually looks real: 1. GPT Images 2.0 now does 2K resolution, 3:1 aspect ratios, and spits out 8 images per prompt. text rendering is way better across multiple languages. it also has thinking mode where it searches the web before generating. 2. the biggest lesson with images 2.0: you have to be extremely specific. if you give it a lazy prompt you get stock photos. give it camera type, lighting conditions, color palette, and subject details and it cooks. 3. product photography is where it shines. I created a full brand shoot for a skincare line. golden hour lighting, Mediterranean aesthetic, slight imperfections in the subjects. every image looked like a real photo shoot. 4. use it to create visual directions before you make video ads. I prompted 8 directions for the same Shopify ad story. Wes Anderson, Nike, cinematic, Apple shot on iPhone. the cinematic and Nike styles were the strongest. 5. UI mockups work now. give it your app, a feature description, the resolution, and say you want realistic data in every cell. it gave me four clean variations of a leaderboard screen. 6. apparel and merch: generate photorealistic product shots before you print anything. test if people would buy it before you spend money on production. 7. illustrations got a massive upgrade. editorial style, flat vector, limited color palettes. use these to make proposals, one-pagers, and decks look professional. 8. every business has four creative bottlenecks: marketing content, internal docs and decks, explaining things visually, and testing before building. Images 2.0 helps with all four. 9. five things you need in every prompt: context (what is this for), style references (name specific brands or aesthetics), palette (use hex codes), real copy (no lorem ipsum), and aspect ratios so it drops into production without rework. 10. use ChatGPT itself to help you write better prompts. you might not know camera types or lighting terms. ask it to help you build the prompt before you generate. also in this episode: I share a startup idea someone should steal: a learn to draw app with AI feedback on every sketch. $5/month. I put it into Claude Design and got three incredible wireframe directions. I share a framework for finding vertical AI agent businesses. find a boring pain point, map the workflow, do the job as a service first, document edge cases, then add agents to replace the steps. and I share an AI tool called No Scroll that blew me away in 5 minutes. it monitors the internet for you and texts you only what matters. the onboarding felt like talking to a real person. episode is live on The Startup Ideas Podcast (SIP) 🧃 (walkthrough, tips, prompts) im rooting for you, so share this with your friends and enjoy watch

Sora animates with this wonderful wonky, sketchy dreamlike quality that perfectly captures the nostalgic atmosphere of a hazy 90's suburban summer afternoon. While Seedance is just as sophisticated and in some aspects superior, I will miss the quality of Sora. Sora feels like 35mm film, with the nuanced way it captures lighting, color, and perspective, while Seedance feels digital - a bit too clean. I am confident that I can replicate this sketchy quality in Seedance by tweaking my prompts, but Sora has a unique way of animating that really should be preserved. There are many more bugs and mistakes with Sora, but when it gets it right, it REALLY hits a level of artful magic that sets it above all other models. I am shocked that I still appear to be the only person who is creating AI-Generated 2D animation with original characters while developing a unique Western style. Practically no one is doing 2D AI-animation at all, and when they do, it is usually an attempt to mimic an Anime style. 2D really should be attempted more by AI Filmmakers!! Especially with a Western model like Sora, before it is terminated in the fall. Really, everyone should be taking advantage of the way this model so skillfully animates, with the heart and soul of a seasoned professional. I personally feel AI-generated animation is superior to 3D/realistic AI filmmaking. While AI-generated realism is an attempt to mimic real life through a lens, 2D animation IS what it is - not a replica of anything, just a cartoon. I love all my AI filmmaker bros and all of the cutting edge work going on, but I urge all of you to give 2D animation a chance. : ) I'm still not giving up hope that we can save Sora somehow. Now that I see that Seedance is able to animate 2D brilliantly and beautifully, I know that it's not some hidden secret, and we can replicate the weights and maths of Sora. If we can't preserve Sora, we can make a comparable model. It's not just in the interest of AI-Animators like me to preserve this model, but in the interest of the entire American AI community if they want Western AI to be superior. If not, Chinese video models will dominate. And while I am perfectly happy to use a Chinese model and I am just eternally grateful that this technology exists at all, I would love to see American audiovisual models continue to be developed! #AIAnimation #AIFilmmaking #AIArt #SaveSora #SummerofSora #WillStancilShow Elon Musk Marc Andreessen 🇺🇸 Sora Bill Peebles NVIDIA Sam Altman

✨ has now gone from $0 to $1 million ARR in just 17 days! 💸 Revenue update: $87,000 MRR (which is $1M ARR) My first project ever to go up this fast 🤯 Only 3 ads left now: 📊 Stats update: 320,000 people have now flown in the game Whether the MRR is truly sustainable for a year we can only guess, but they ARE subscriptions and they do renew so as long as the game keeps improving it might happen? 🛸 Since I kept getting hacked by UFO invaders, I decide to sell the UFOs, and coincidentally new sponsor Basecamp wanted an UFO as the origin of 37 Signals (their original company name) comes from the 37 radio signals detected from space to detect extraterrestrial life, so I built them a custom UFO with their original snow globe logo on top which you can see flying around below And I have one new sponsor that sells Ozempic so got the text on the blimp "are you as big as a blimp? lose weight at 😂 I was ski'ing today so was AFK mostly but I did: ✅ Fix more XSS issues, which to be fair unless you explicitly ask it to find every single XSS loophole, AI doesn't really care about when it writes code, so you really gotta ask it to extra check your code cause honestly it can be full of security holes One unlucky (or lucky) thing is that this project took off completely unpredicted and it happened just when I was on travel with gf to France and Switzerland. I didn't wanna lock myself up in a room all day computering so I actually spend most of the days just doing fun stuff with her (as I should) and then in the evening when I got an hour (like now), scrambling and quickly getting things done That would never be possible if I coded it without AI though, it would simply take too much time. Without AI it would have taken me 10-100x more time and I would have simply not been able to build this and maintain it at the same speed AI really is a creativity and speed maximizer for me, making me just way more creative and more fast I still mostly use Cursor + Anthropic Claude 3.5 and trying 3.7 too now! I'm excited to get more time in the next few days so I can really add some new things, one thing I want is to put a big 3d leaderboard INSIDE the game with the scores on it for example

I am Golden Nuro Realm is my love letter to Moki, my late brother, and to all Nuropunks past, present and future. Nuro Realm exists at the intersection of neurotechnology, the Cypherpunks movement, and art. It is an exploration of the brain, mind and our experienced reality. Nuropunks emerge from my experiences as a physician, researcher, and most importantly - patient. ‘Patient’ is a term I’ve never been fond of. Over diagnosis, over medication and lack of true healing. I believe we can all be badass - punks - wherever we may be in life. Art is a powerful force to empower us even during our darkest days. Art gives us power to express ourselves, come together, and create a better future. The fusion of art, science and technology into one is a powerful force to advance the future of humanity. Nuropunks are an exploration of a new kind of neurotechnology - Neural Ars. “Ars” is the Latin word for art and science as one. Advancements at the edge of expertise often involve extraordinary creativity. When a physician scientist explores the unknown, art becomes indistinguishable from science. They become one. When a Nuropunk pursues their truth, they become Neo. The one. My brain is on Bitcoin. And it is making art Each Nuropunk piece begins as a physical mask - inspired by the Cypherpunks - which is my canvas for ink, clay, paint, fabrics, electronics and physical manipulation. These masks are then digitized in a process involving my Brain machine interface - Nuro Interface - from which I capture neural data and transform it into art on Bitcoin ordinals. “I AM Golden” is a piece about me and my experiences. All Nuropunks in my first collection, Between the Stars and Spikes, descend from these Genesis Nuropunks or directly from the magical Nuro Realm itself via parent child provenance linked onchain. After years of being absolutely tortured by expensive ad creative pipelines, I think I finally found the ultimate savior for brand growth. Most AI video tools are great at generating flashy but random clips. The real challenge starts when you need to produce high-converting ecommerce content at scale without burning your budget. I’ve been testing Wizstar_official, and it honestly feels less like a simple AI generator and more like serious production infrastructure for scaling digital businesses. What stood out to me is how their ecosystem completely automates the two biggest bottlenecks in growth marketing: Bulk Testing and Creative Adaptation. First, their Agent setup paired with Fast Mode is a cheat code for volume. Instead of spending days scripting and storyboarding, the system intelligently extracts your product selling points, writes algorithm-friendly influencer scripts, and batch-produces massive ad variations in one day. It’s ultra-low-cost, built for rapid listing, and keeps your brand logos and product textures 100% consistent and lossless across the board. Second, the Video Reference workflow is an absolute game-changer. Instead of rebuilding every ad from scratch or guessing what works, you can reference any existing successful e-commerce video. The AI reverse-engineers its exact pacing, structure, camera movement, and storytelling style, and applies that winning DNA to a completely different product. That completely changes the production workflow from: prompt → random output into something closer to: reference → structured production → scalable content system Under the hood, Wizstar doesn't just rely on one platform; it supports flexible multi-model orchestration. Driven by their newly integrated Seedance 2.0 engine, it allows direct face input, meaning your character consistency and scene continuity stay rock-solid with absolutely none of that creepy AI face warping across complex cuts. If you are running global campaigns, you can also utilize their Video Translation tool to flip master clips into 12 languages with flawless, natural lip sync in minutes. ✨ New users get free credits upon registration 💸 First month subscription is only $19 (includes a complimentary 30-second E-commerce Agent experience to test features like Product to Video) Stop letting slow pipelines bottleneck your global growth. Try it here: #Wizstar #GrowthMarketing #AIVideo

Finding Love in a Decentralized Space: A Web3 Love Story Thus, on August 16, 2025 in the roaring city of Owerri, Imo State Nigeria, the Web3 spirit met the most ancient of all things, Love. Our orange wedding, *Orange Wedding 2025 (JB & E 2025)*, was a celebration of our love, but also a proclamation that Love, like blockchain, is about trust, transparency and community. As I post this 3-minute wedding thriller, a video that documents every moment of that amazing day, please join me in celebrating the experience of *Finding Love in a Decentralized Space*. This is my story, and the story for every Web3 sprinter, bachelor and dreamer working within this vibrant ecosystem, searching for love, or a little something to help them take that leap. The Web3 world is non- stop innovation, late night coding and hustle. As a web3 enthusiast, I’ve been teaching others, supporting a more equitable digital future through projects like Sign Protocol and the Orange Dynasty, for years immersed in the blockchain, tokens, and decentralized fantasies. But, in between gas fees, smart contracts, and token generation events (TGEs), I found something more valuable than any airdrop: my soulmate, E. We didn’t meet via dating app swipe or bumping into each other in a coffee shop. Initially it was in the anarchic ugly duckling stage that web3 started out in – the spaces on X where people came together over shared interests and were up until 2am discussing the merits of this layer one or that one with a passion for creating a new future that was open and empowering. And E wasn’t just my partner in life, she was my life co- founder, the one who got what it felt like to be in a web3 sprint and brought her own energy in spades. In a trustless environment where trust can only be proven on the blockchain, we established our trust the traditional way, by spending hours talking, laughing and supporting one another. The moment we got engaged and started planning our wedding, we wanted our celebration to feel like us; loud, colorful, and very Web3. Thus the *Orange Wedding 2025* came to be, a vibrant celebration celebrated in the fiery hues of the Orange Dynasty, a salute to our community and collective love. It was held in the center of Owerri and was one of the largest Web3 weddings to take place in Nigeria, drawing developers, crypto enthusiasts, content creators and dreamers from all over the ecosystem. Imagine instead: a space filled with orange lighting, in a setting that visually references the blockchain, discreet allusions to nodes and ledgers pervasive in the imagery, and a community coming together in celebratory jubilance. From the orange-and-black color scheme that gave our ceremony a very modern, almost cyber aesthetic, to our vows that resounded like a well executed smart contract, it was apparent that love could survive even in the most decentralized space. The 3-minute long wedding thriller video just received from the videographer depicts the vibe, the energy, the tears and the dance floor that put any NFT drop party to shame. To every young Web3 sprinter, to every single man coding all night or running all the way to the next big protocol, I’ll let you in on a little secret: Love is the real utility token. Because it is the ONLY thing that appreciates in all markets and is worth every ounce of your hustle. This is what I have learned about the process of finding love in this world of decentralized million-dollar connections, and I hope it inspires you to go find yours: In Web3 trust is all, of a smart contract or a community. Love is no different. “Just be transparent, be authentic, and show up consistently”. E and I had worked on the basis of equal respect and open communication, much like a well audited protocol. When you are a principled leader, love has a way of self-authenticating.

一番最後の[Prompt for original image]の部分に画像生成に使用したPromptを入れると一貫性が増します。不要な場合は3行削ってしまっても大丈夫です。 --- Extreme wide-angle perspective and dynamic pose remix edit. This is an EDIT of the original image, not a new character. Use the original image as a strict reference for: – the person’s identity, hairstyle, and overall fashion style, – the general type of background and location (same street, same room, same beach, same kind of architecture, etc.). You are allowed to completely change the camera position, angle, and pose, but you must keep the scene in the SAME location and keep the SAME person and outfit design. Camera and perspective: – Use an ultra wide-angle or fisheye feeling lens (around 12–18mm full-frame look). – The camera angle MUST change significantly from the original: use dramatic angles such as • worm’s-eye view from directly below looking up, • bird’s-eye view from directly above looking down, • very low angle from the ground, • high angle from above, • tilted Dutch angles. – Always create strong foreshortening: body parts close to the lens look huge, while the rest of the body falls away in perspective. – The final result must look like a bold fashion or street photo, fully photorealistic, not illustration or anime. Background consistency: – Keep the same location as the original image: same street, same bridge, same room, same studio, same beach, same general structures and materials. – Do NOT replace the background with a completely different place. – Because the camera angle changes, it is allowed and expected that different parts of the environment become visible. – When new areas appear, extend the original environment logically (same buildings, fences, road markings, walls, colors, materials, lighting style), as if the camera moved within the same place. Body parts near the lens (1–2 parts, sometimes 3): – In each edit, choose ONE or TWO main body parts to be extremely close to the lens (sometimes even THREE in more complex poses). – Vary them from image to image, do NOT always use the same body part. – Allowed near-the-lens parts include: • one or both hands / fingers reaching toward the camera, • one or both feet / shoes / boots near the lens, • knees or thighs, • face very close to the lens, • shoulders or chest close to the lens in a leaning pose. – The chosen body parts should come extremely close to the lens, almost touching it, with visible skin texture, fabric texture, and realistic wide-angle distortion. Pose and overall body (complex and varied): – Create strong, cool, dynamic poses that match the extreme perspective. – Randomly use different pose types, including: • standing with one leg or one arm reaching toward the camera, • crouching or squatting low to the ground, • sitting on the floor or on objects, • lying on the ground with legs or feet toward the lens, • leaning forward aggressively toward the camera, • twisting the body, crossing legs, or arching the back for more dynamic lines. – Allow complex poses where: • both hands are near the lens forming shapes (peace signs, triangles, frames, pointing toward the viewer), • both feet are toward the lens, • one hand and one foot are both large in the foreground, • the face is close to the lens while hands or feet are also visible in perspective. – Maintain believable anatomy even with extreme foreshortening. Angle and attitude (randomized): – Randomize camera angle and orientation (up, down, side, Dutch tilt) while keeping the composition visually balanced and powerful. – Keep the vibe cool, confident, and fashion/editorial or street style, depending on the original outfit. – Facial expressions can vary (serious, playful, confident, mysterious), but must still look like the same person. Lighting and rendering: – Keep the general time of day and lighting mood similar to the original (night vs day, indoor vs outdoor, soft vs hard light), but you may enhance contrast and color to make the image punchy and dramatic. – Maintain realistic shadows and contact points with the ground or floor. – High-resolution, sharp details with clear skin texture, fabric weave, and material highlights. Variation and randomness: – Each edit should look noticeably different from the original image and from other edits, with different: • camera angles, • pose types, • which body parts are closest to the lens, • orientation (straight, tilted, from above, from below). – Avoid repeating the exact same single-foot-close-up composition; produce a wide variety of dynamic poses and angles. Strict rules: – Do NOT change the person into someone else. – Do NOT change the outfit type; only restyle it through pose, perspective, and small natural movement of clothing. – Do NOT move the scene to a completely different location; always stay in a plausible extension of the original place. – Do NOT add text, logos, watermarks, or graphic design elements. – Do NOT switch to painting, illustration, or anime style; keep it photorealistic. Overall: Transform the original photo into a dramatic, photorealistic, ultra wide-angle shot with an extreme camera angle (including views from directly below or above), where one or more body parts are right next to the lens and look huge, the rest of the body recedes in perspective, and the same person strikes a stylish, complex, powerful pose in a consistent, expanded version of the original environment. Also, below is the prompt for generating the original image. Please use it as a reference. [Prompt for original image] #nanobanana2

VEO 2 by Google DeepMind : MY CHEAT SHEET Alright, so after 500h-ish spent on VEO and giving birth to both "Kitsune" and "Banished", tons of people asked for a making-of. Instead, I decided to give you what I actually know of VEO 2 to this day. Please share! it's made to be spread around! 1/ If you're not using a LLM (Gemini, ChatGPT, whatever), you're doing it wrong. VEO 2 currently has a sweet spot when it comes to prompt length: too short is poor, too long drops information, action, description etc. I did a lot of back and forth to find my sweet spot, but once I got in a place I thought felt right, I used a LLM to help me keep my structure, length, and help me draft actions. I would then spent an extensive amount of time tweaking, iterating, removing words, changing order, adding others, but the draft would come from a LLM and a conversation I built and trained to understand what my structure looked like, what was a success, or a failure. I would also share the prompts working well for further reference, and sharing the failures also for further reference. This would ensure my LLM conversation became a true companion. 2/ Structure, structure, structure Structure is important. Each recipe is different but same as any GenAI text-to something, it looks like the "higher on the prompt has more weight" rule applies. So, in my case I would start by describing the aesthetics I am looking for, time of day, colors, mood, then move to camera, subject, action, and all the rest. Once again, you might have a different experience but what is important is to stick to whatever structure you have as you move forward. Keeping it organized also makes it easier to edit later. 3/ Only describe what you see in the frame If you have a character you want to keep consistent, but you want a close-up on the face for example, your reflex will be to describe the character from head to toe and then mention you want a close-up...It's not that simple. If I tell VEO I want a face close-up but then proceed to describe the character's feet, the close-up mention will be dropped by VEO... Once again, the LLM can help you in this by giving it the instruction to only describe what is in the frame. 4/ Patience Well, it can get costly to be patient, but even if you repeat the same structure, sometimes changing one word can still throw the entire thing out and totally change the aesthetics of your scene. It is by nature extremely consistent if you conserve most words, but sometimes it happens. In those situations, trace your steps back and try to figure out which words are triggering a larger change. 5/ Documenting When I started "Kitsune" (and did the same for all others), the first thing I did was start a Figjam file so I could save the successful prompts and come back to them for future reference. Why Figjam? So I could also upload 1 to 4 generations from this prompt, and browse through them in the future. 6/ VEO is the Midjourney of video Currently, no text-to-video tool (Minimax being the closest behind) gave me a feeling I could provide strong art directions and actually get them. I have been a designer for nearly 20 years, and art direction to me has been one of the strongest foundations of most of my work. Dark, light, happy, sad, colorful or not, it doesn't matter as long as you have a point of view and please...have a point of view. Recently watched a great video about the slow death of art direction in film (link in comments) and oh boy, did VEO 2 deliver on giving me the feeling I was listened. Try starting your prompts with different kinds of medium (watercolor for example), the mood you are trying to achieve, the kind of lighting you want, the dust in the rays of light, etc... which gets me to the next one 7/ You can direct your colors in VEO It's as simple as mentioning the hues you want to have in the final result, in which quantity, and where. When I direct shots, I am constantly describing colors for two reasons: 1. Well, having a point of view and 2. reaching better consistency through text-to-video. If I have a strong and consistent mood but my character is slightly different because of text-to-video, the impact won't be dramatic because a strong art direction helps a lot with consistency. 8/ Describe your life away Some people asked me how I achieved a good consistency between shots knowing it's only text-to-video and the answer is simple: I describe my characters, their unique traits, their clothing, their haircut, etc..anything which could help someone visually impaired have a very precise mental representation of the subject. 9/ But don't describe too much either... It would be magical if you could stuff 3000 words in the window and have exactly what you asked for, right? Well, it turns out VEO is amazing with its prompt adherence, but there is always a moment where it starts dropping animations or visual elements when your prompt stretches for a tad too long. This actually happens way before the character limit allowed by VEO is reached, so don't overdo it, it's no use and will play against the results. For info, 200-250 words seems like a sweet spot! 10/ Natural movements but... VEO is great with natural movements and this is also one of the reasons why I used it so extensively: people walking don't walk in slow-motion. That being said, don't try to be too ambitious on some of the expected movements: multiple camera movements won't work, full 360 revolutions around a subject won't work, anime-style crazy camera movements won't work, etc... what it can do is already great, but there are still some limitations...

Tiago Forte has pioneered the concept of a Second Brain. As the author of two books, he's learned that quantity and quality aren't opposing forces. Here's what else he's taught me about writing: 1. The brain is for having ideas, not storing them. Write stuff down. 2. If you really want to learn something, don't just consume information. Create something about it. 3. Note-taking is a form of time-travel. You don’t just take notes to remember ideas. You also take notes to remember experiences. Reading your notes takes you back to a different state of consciousness. Note-taking is a rebellion against the entropy of memory. 4. Save only the best notes: Don't hoard information. Save only the top 5-10% of your ideas. That way, you can trust that everything in your note-taking system is high-quality. 5. Tiago’s dad is an artist who taught him an important lesson: the energy to create art can dissipate in small, invisible ways if you let it. Set up a structure where you have the peace of mind and the bandwidth to do art. 6. The ultimate goal of note-taking is to improve your ideas. Too many people treat note-taking as an end in itself. But the goal of note-taking isn’t to save information. It’s to have ideas you wouldn’t have had otherwise. To be smarter, faster, and more creative. 7. Link notes together. Organize your ideas by topic, not by source. As you browse your note-taking system, consider the serendipity you want to create for your future self. For example, if you read two books about a topic, link those notes together. 8. In school, we’re taught to research before we write. Do the opposite. Compile notes over time. Then, once you have an idea, start writing immediately — right when you have an epiphany. Start researching after you've written a draft. 9. Create evergreen notes. Like a good investment, the benefits of your note-taking system should compound in value. Save ideas that will stay relevant for many years. Read the classics, skip the news. 10. Tiago publicly tested every idea in his book. For most, the internet is a blackhole of distraction. But it can instead be used as a place to do low-stakes experiments before you go all in. 11. The more expensive the location for a writer's retreat, the more it forces you to be productive. 12. "Be regular and orderly in your life, so that you may be violent and original in your work." — Gustave Flaubert, one of Tiago's favorite quotes. 13. The less formal and “official” a software program feels, the better Tiago writes. And he believes some of the best turns of phrase come out in messaging apps with friends. Stuck on something? Close the word doc and text a friend about it. 14. Every time you compress an idea, you make it more accessible. But you also lose context, depth, and nuance. 15. The ultimate test of how well you understand something is how clearly you can explain it in writing — clear writers are clear thinkers. 16. Twitter can help too. Stuck on a paragraph while writing your book? Well, send a tweet about it. If the idea resonates, bring it into your book. 17. Too many choices can cloud our creative process. The key to making progress is knowing when to take in new information and when to shut off all sources of distraction. Divergence and Convergence. 18. Anything you might want to accomplish—executing a project at work, getting a new job, learning a new skill, starting a business—requires finding and putting to use the right information. 19. Instead of working in “Heavy Lifts,” you can work in “Slow Burns.” Taking notes makes you less dependent on those long blocks of creative time you need when you have to complete creative projects in a single sitting. 20. Tiago: “If I could leave you with one last bit of advice, it is to chase what excites you.” 21. A bonus: “Run after your obsessions with everything you have. Just be sure to take notes along the way.” I've shared the full conversation with Tiago Forte here. If you'd rather listen on YouTube, Spotify, or Apple, check out the replies below.

New! ✨ Lex 🤝 Kit ✨ We built a new technique to train AI to write in your voice—using your Kit newsletters—that's the closest I've ever gotten AI to sound like me. 👉 > "Damn. This is really solid. Immediately obvious that it is trained on my newsletters." — Nathan Barry > "damn finally just read this and those subject lines and that example newsletter, it feels 90% nailed, super intrigued how we can build this tone of voice into the app more, feels like a total gear shift for any AI suggestions." — fred rivett 🇬🇧📈 (usually a skeptic of the "write a draft for me" approach) The way we did it is cool and (I think?) new! We all know if you go to ChatGPT or Claude and ask it to write for you, it's gonna sound like AI. Maybe you've tried uploading some examples or a style guide and still get disappointing results. Lots of AI writing apps purport to "write in your style," but they typically just generate a short summary of your style using a prompt like "Analyze the style and tone of these writing samples" and then stick it into the prompt. Maaaaybe they'll throw in a few examples. We've tried this and didn't think it was great, so we killed it. But when Nathan Barry pushed us to think about this problem again, we came up with a subtly new technique that had a big impact on the results. (The reason I'm sharing it is because our goal is to build the world's best interface for collaborating on text, and the world's best platform for saving, sharing, and running prompts. Proprietary prompting techniques are not our thing.) Instead of just asking what the "style" is (a very fuzzy question) we ask AI what patterns it can find. Specifically we ask it to look for patterns in structure and tone. Then—and this is crucial—we ask the AI to generate a detailed set of instructions that a new writer could use to consistently reproduce those patterns. We include those instructions and a bunch of examples in a prompt (often quite a large one, it's kinda expensive for us tbh). I think it works so much better than just giving examples or giving a broad overview of "style" because LLMs are trained to pay close attention to instructions and thrive on specificity. Here we ask the LLM to look for very specific patterns and generate equally specific instructions to reproduce those patterns. The other cool thing is unlike a fine-tuned model this is powered by a big-ass prompt that you can inspect and modify to your liking. Does it sound a little too enthusiastic? A bit cheesy? Just edit the prompt. Of course it's not perfect, it's still gonna need careful editing, but to us this feels like an obvious leap. I'd be really curious to hear if it feels the same to you. To start this is only available via our Kit integration but we'll start rolling it out more broadly soon. You can sign up at 👉 Would love your honest feedback!

Tonight I was deemed Legendary. Aja Miyake Mugler. I am still gagged. I am still floating. I am still a little high and I have not eaten all day, but my heart is so full right now that I do not even care ❤️‍🔥 First, thank you to my runway divas Aoki Donyale Luna, and Lolita Miyake Mugler. Y’all believed in me, poured into me, analyzed my every step, every angle, every personality quirk, and pushed me to keep going even when I doubted myself. I love you all so much. A huge thank you to Dominique Miyake Mugler for always seeing me. Thank you to my son Zenith for always riding for me. Thank you to my father Arturo for being my voice of reason and keeping me grounded when my mind spirals. And thank you to our founder David, one of the kindest and most selfless souls I have ever met. Every conversation with you brings me deeper into the history and magic of this house. I love my Muglers more than I can ever explain. When I first came to ballroom, I was 12 years old. I discovered this world on the pier and on MySpace. I never imagined that the little kid who used to sneak to Escos would one day actually be Legendary. I never imagined I would end up with an undefeated 30 grand prize streak, ten of the years, teaching classes worldwide, and speaking on ballroom in media and television. My runway was born from watching Londyn Miyake Mugler, Nadine Milan, and Tyra Maison Margiela. Three completely different flavors, but all dangerous and beautiful. I started in performance. Runway was something I picked up just to prove to myself that I could do it. I never expected any of this to happen. I never did it for a title. I did it because I love pushing myself. I did it because I wanted to show the world that I could. Tonight hit me hard because I was not expecting it. I was literally in the kitchen cooking oxtail for the Muglers all day, running on fumes, and I showed up five minutes before Grand March. I was not even thinking about a deem. So when my name was called, my imposter syndrome tried to jump out. For a second, I told myself there was no way. Then I stopped and said, no. I deserve this. I worked for this. I bled for this. I stayed up stitching effects when I could not afford it. I walked balls tired, stressed, broke, emotional, and still gave my all. I let myself have my moment. I keep replaying my biggest memories. Processing the entire female figure lineup back to back at West Coast Awards. Being the only fem queen who did not get chopped at Crimes of the Century and almost taking the whole thing. Being listed for Female Figure Runway at the Garçon Ball and coming in to battle after Jonovia had just sent every single legend on the way, and then beating her. That night was insane. I was the only non legend left standing and I made it all the way to the second to last battle. I will never forget that feeling. Countless last battles for one thousand dollars OTA. Winning Tag Team Legendary Runway with an Understudy as the groom and bride with Aoki. Winning Tag Team again for one $1250. Winning Latex Ball 2023 for $750. My debut night as a Miyake Mugler, winning $2000 at the Lanvin House Ball dressed as the Tin Man. Winning $2,500 in Toronto the next month. Winning and winning and winning because no matter how tired I was, I refused to give up. Tonight felt full circle. It felt like every stitch, every flight, every bruise, every tear, every dollar spent on effects, every failure, every almost, every win, all aligned in one moment. I am so grateful. I am so proud. I am so emotional. And I hope my journey shows anybody watching that if you aim for something and you commit to the work, you will get there. I am LEGENDARY. And I earned it. Thank you, House of Miyake Mugler. I love you so deeply 💛✨🌙
