@WSJFreeEx Rent control isn’t supposed to fix anything. It’s a policy to usher in socialism.

@WSJFreeEx At last a young reporter who reports facts!

@WSJFreeEx Holy sh*t, is the WSJ actually promoting capitalism again??

@WSJFreeEx Star is born

@WSJFreeEx Basic economics is basic economics. Unfortunately, many stupid people do not understand it.

@WSJFreeEx Excellent as usual

@WSJFreeEx

@WSJFreeEx Superb

@WSJFreeEx This was excellent

@WSJFreeEx Absolutely brilliant video. You nailed it! You could run a whole series called Basic Economics.

@WSJFreeEx And just for making a common sense video she will be called MAGA, bigot, fascist etc. by the tolerant left

@WSJFreeEx Glad to see you’re doing well after the whole FTX thing

@WSJFreeEx Forgot to add that people who have lived in 3 bedrooms with their families and then all the kids moved out still live in the 3 bedrooms with rent control because it's cheaper than moving to a 1 or 2 bedroom.

@WSJFreeEx This is so good. You're so good.

@WSJFreeEx Landlords aren’t some altruistic group that will lower rents when appropriate. They will keep housing off the market to ensure pricing power and keep property values high

@WSJFreeEx refreshing to see truth and honesty from @WSJ its been a few years

@WSJFreeEx Why would landlords compete against each other when they could instead collude to keep rents high

@WSJFreeEx Good video, many thanks. Unfortunately, I don't think it will convince the communists. You can explain it to them, but you can't understand it for them. There's only one way to deal with communists, and unfortunately, if I articulate that clearly, my account will be banned.

@WSJFreeEx Your videos are great, thank you!

@WSJFreeEx Well done!

@WSJFreeEx You cannot use cities like Austin, Denver, and Pheonix then compare it to NYC as the population of NYC alone is greater than all three cities combined.

@WSJFreeEx POV: You've just committed an economic fallacy.

Can confirm! I live in Arizona, and you can’t throw a stone without hitting a brand new housing development. They’re everywhere! In the city center, the ghetto, the suburbs and even in the middle of nowhere! And they’re at all price points. Brand new house under $200k or all the way up into the millions. The problem is people want to live in cities that they can’t afford. If you got champagne tastes, you need to up that beer budget.🤷♀️

@WSJFreeEx

@WSJFreeEx How wild is it that we have to now shoot videos where we talk to the camera like the consumer is a moron because in fact, the only people that don’t get this are morons… what’s more wild is how many morons there actually are.

@WSJFreeEx yay keep doing more pls

@WSJFreeEx So why aren’t there enough housing options Emma? Let me help you: deport illegal invaders that came in during the Biden administration.

@WSJFreeEx noblesse oblige 🚨

@WSJFreeEx What about rent control WITH free refrigerators? Have we considered that?

@WSJFreeEx *60,000+ are empty

@WSJFreeEx New York needs more real estate... we can start by bulldozing the UN buildings, they are welcome to go somewhere else.

@WSJFreeEx 👏👏👏
