Can someone explain Clemsons $2 bill tradition to me

Every away game they go to they all bring them to leave their “mark” on the city. Learned about it when they were in NOLA 19’ for the championship.

it started when we would spend so much money going to GT games so Clemson started stamping $2 bills. every week before an away game you can exchange bills on campus and hand them out wherever the team is

Unfortunate you would spend a trip to Baton Rouge Lafayette is much better Red and white is much better than piss yellow and purple

Something to with the fact that they don't travel well or whatever. Great tradition! Not to make it about us (don't think I forgot you’re a Nebraska guy now) but if we did this there would still be $2 bills rotating in Big 8 towns

Been a traditional since 1977. Traveling Clemson fans use $2 bills for all purchases to show local businesses how much money Clemson visitors bring to the city.
