if multiple players are on the boost when it spawns, the boost is given to the player furthest away from the center. it just looked weird because you were touching the VERY edge of the boost the millisecond it spawned

it definitely should be the opposite but it's always funny when my opponent and I camp the same pad and they sit on the center because they think it helps lol

@Jay_rl_ You right it's because of the boost hitbox which is a floating ball

@Jay_rl_ oh interesting. i've always seen it visualized as a cylinder, which doesn't make sense, whereas a ball kind of does. that also means flat cars have a disadvantage when collecting boost because they need to be closer to the center to touch the ball
