Can someone explain to me how Gouki permanently moved Ken's hitbox?

The plot thickens. Pointed out by AMikelyStory, apparently the hitboxes were already wonky at the start of the match. Gouki passed through Hadouken on neutral jump, sweeps started whiffing, and things just got more disjointed. I'll let you be the judge.

My guess was that deep sweep on the roll, git on just the right frame. Definitely never seen that before, apparently neither did they

It's because vanilla Street Fighter Alpha 3 was riddled with dozens of bugs and was unfinished and unpolished upon release. Almost all the bugs were fixed in the later revisions (Dreamcast, Upper, MAX), including the infamous crouch cancel bug which allowed infinite juggles
