Gas prices in our most populous cities, still haven't come close to when Democrats are in power. It averaged over $5 a gallon nationwide under Dem rule and it's $4 today even with the Straight of Hormuz conflict ongoing. You disrespect most of us which is why we don't vote Dem.

Would democrats lower the cost? They want us driving EVs. Illinois is 2nd highest in gas tax. Take 1/2 that out and gas isn’t terrible with the war. If I thought democrats would lower costs now, I would vote for them but they don’t. They keep raising costs abs taxing more.
