Can someone please help me understand why this was given a 9.775? Her mount wasn’t shown, but it’s quite simple. The always seem to be very harsh on her on beam I genuinely want to understand the deductions they might be taking

Is it possible (not that they'd ever admit this) that all the support bandaging is distracting? Bc it is to me. Just not aesthetically pleasing. Should have no effect on scoring, but I wouldn't be surprised if it does

I’ve helped 800+ agencies generate over $200,000,000 in revenue. But I’m often asked this question: “How did you even get 800+ clients?” The answer is pretty simple. A clear offer and diversified acquisition system. Let me explain.

I would take a solid tenth for feet throughout.

It's a very clean routine, but she doesn't have much releve - she's flat footed on the beam throughout.

Flexed feet throughout. Her leap looks shy of 180, too, but it’s a hard angle.

Here’s the first one and the second one I think she goes above 180 actually. The commentator noted that but it’s hard to see

This would have gone 9.95 in Nashville lmao

She lacks rhythm/fluidity, that’s for sure

As a parent of a gymnast I can tell you there are little things that cause deductions, positions that are just slightly off gets taken off. Every performance looks like a 10 to the untrained eye.

Nobody does it BUT THE front leg on switch leap needs to be horizontal maybe they took it 🤷🏻♂️

That definitely looked better than a 9.775. 🤷♀️Scoring in college gymnastics is horrible. They need to revamp it and actually deduct like they do in elite so they aren't throwing out 9.95s and 10s every meet. It's ridiculous!
