Apparently she freaked out for whatever situation she thought may happened after she picked up the passenger at precinct of 181st street. So she called 911 asking for help, but since she doesn’t speak English, she got so frustrated and afraid to be in some kind of danger. That’s why whoever gets a job where customer service is part of duty, you have to speak English, even if you don’t need it. Meanwhile, passenger just wanted to go home as we can see…
