For me it was latency. Turn on network rtt graph and see if it spikes. Unfortunately for me the only fix was to upgrade internet and ethernet cable directly to router.

Ye I have a cable directly but still not good enough internet :( so just gotta wait for the upgrade in couple of months 😭

Turn off all fps limiters in your video settings, and see if that helps. Its sadly a known bug but people are working on it

you need to limit your client fps 🥹💕 it’s a bug

i have the same, on cs too 🙄 for me its a motherboard / cpu stutter so only thing that fixed it was completely wiping my pc and not having ANY other application open

check ram speeds are correct for the specs and ur mobo (3200 is the average/ideal speed), possbily an issue with ur ssd too
