The rotor is almost never the issue—unless the gears at the end need replacing, in which case you’d also have to replace the other gears along with the carbon brushes; that would likely cost more than just buying a new unit from the same brand. Or perhaps the copper contacts on..

That table still more clean than any street kitchen.

Great job, but running it straight after assembly without a proper load test feels a bit optimistic.
