When we play it live it’s had the best reaction I’ve ever had and it’s been requested almost daily since we first played it. It’s also the longest title ever! . I wrote it with a female co-harmony in mind and after a chance meeting at Isle of Wight Festival the amazing Swim School agreed to collaborate. Can I just say that Alice is one of the most creative, innovative performers I have ever met. We ended up with layer upon layer of her incredible vocals that completely dominate the song and take it to another level. What a band man. . . And the Lexi Cox boob saga continues… I gotta say, for somebody that has been instrumental and helping other girls pursue their own careers, heal from surgeries, get rid of they abusive men’s, etc, I feel it’s time for Lexi to catch a fucking break! Two months ago I verified that not only did we have a replacement implant, but we have multiple or replacement implants, waiting for my eminent need to replace this expander. Fast-forward to Monday, and magically, I was put on a one week waitlist, basically. I’ve been told all sorts of things. What I haven’t been told is, “we will have your device shipped out this evening”… that has made it impossible to set an actual surgery date. I surmise Dr. John Baeke is behind it. Luckily I don’t have to ever see Dr. Baeke again. Him and Dr. Revis belong in the same pig pen. Crossing my fingers that all goes well hopefully next week. Thank you to all the supporters out there that are sticking by me through this. y’all know what I’ve been through!

I've been pondering something... My end goal with my city simulator is to publish it on Steam. I was planning on using Three.js for prototyping and then porting this over to Unity to take advantage of ECS/Burst. But then I realized I could probably port all of the simulation code from TypeScript to Rust if I wanted to make it ultra-fast. And then I can continue to use Three.js for the renderer and then embed it into an Electron app. Is that a dumb idea? What pitfalls are there with this approach? Curious what people's experience publishing games using Electron has been.

i personally think this is one of the most healing eunwoo clips we've gotten so far. maybe it's because after everything, seeing him smile like the dongmin we all know and love again while the wonderfools is receiving so much love and praise feels extra meaningful. seeing him like this is a reminder that no matter how much some people try to overlook him, he has the kind of star quality you can't fabricate or replace, something truly rare that people only come across once in a lifetime 🥺 january can't come soon enough

Remember how we said that Daba has a cheeky side? Today, it was out in full display! While the rest of the Nursery herd quietly browsed, he decided to make his own entertainment and recruited Keeper Peter for a game of hide-and-seek. The little bull would burst out of the bush, brimming with bluster and ears flared for full effect. Once he was sure he’d been spotted, he would dance his way back into hiding, only to emerge from a new location moments later. These games speak volumes about an orphan’s healing and emotional state. As we always say, a playful elephant is a happy elephant! Little Daba is one of the newest members of our Nursery herd. Rescued in October, he is starting to find his feet among his new family. Sam Coates utterly humiliated himself on live TV last night by calling some photos of Keir Starmer 'government propaganda' because they showed him smiling. Coates has become so wrapped up in his role as news creator, that he's forgotten what objectivity means. His role as news reporter has been abandoned. The sheer desperation for some broadcasters and journalists to be the one who breaks the story of the PM resigning, is leading to more and more outrageous commentary. And in the case of Coates … perfectly unhinged. In my article, I wrote about the government shipping out some quick wins to push back a little bit — Starmer needs to announce a press reform act. This must have been the most massive attack Kiev has faced in its entire history. Ukrainian Telegram channels have published so many videos of destruction and massive fires across the city that it would take hours to watch them all. I’ve been saying this for four years: Russia has the capability to destroy Kiev, and by the looks of it, it all comes down to how Zelensky behaves. If Zelensky continues on the path he’s chosen, I don’t know what future awaits the residents of Kiev.

The moisture question always comes up when I post pics of my indoor pools on my new builds. Step by step below on how I control it. We create a room where moisture can’t escape into other areas of the home while also having a mechanical system in place to pull the moisture out of the air so mildew/mold don’t ever develop in the pool room itself. In the STR space, investors are trying to stand out. Pools rent. Indoor pools rent even better. You can swim in the winter or summer. 1) Pool is always built on lowest floor inside (generally basement structure) 2) Concrete block wall for basement with very little wood frame 3) Densglass (kind of like a moisture resistant drywall) attached to concrete block 4) Special stucco just like you see on exterior of homes sprayed onto Densglass. The stucco is dyed to color of my choice. 5) Industrial grade dehumidifier (I use Santa Fe or Watchdog Brand). The humidity pulled from air is pumped back into the pool system near the mechanical room or outside. 6) Mini split for the pool room. Main floor HVAC covers the sleeping rooms, bathroom of basement and is always separated from pool room. You don’t want chlorinated air running through a main HVAC system. I look at having to replace the minisplit & dehumidifier about every 4 to 5 yrs because of the chlorinated air that goes through them. 7) Exhaust Fan leading to exterior which also pulls humid air out of the room as a supplemental support for the dehumidifier. When overhead lights are turned on, we have it so the exhaust fan kicks on as well. That’s it. We create a “bubble”, where no moisture gets into the other areas of home and the humid air gets pulled from the pool room.
