@CraigDavid Do Just eat litteraly make it as hard as possible to get in touch with a member of staff. Ive had an issue with an order and ive messaged on this already and been flat out ignored

@CraigDavid Ordered 10 pack Coke Zero + 1 bag of carrots. Just Eat delivered only 6 pack Pepsi instead. Nearly half my items missing, claim declined, refund refused. After DM as told, all I got back was copy-paste “policy” replies.

@CraigDavid @CraigDavid can you tell just eat to fix up they’re customer service, they’re robbing customers and not giving refunds when owed, you have to complain on socials to get actual help usually, instead I was scammed they pretended to be just eat and robbed hundreds off me
