The 1st solution is to organise the affected parties and sue HCC for approving the establishment of townships in flood prone areas... the 2nd solution is to relocate the affected families at HCC's expense... the 3rd is never to build in wetlands

The water rose so high that even the pavement was covered by flowing water. Harare’s CBD has been experiencing similar flooding problems because of poor drainage. Many drainage pipes are blocked and receive little or no maintenance from the Harare City Council.

The people in Harare & Chitungwiza need President President of Zimbabwe … in fact, they should be the ones supporting ED2030 more than anyone else… It is President Mnangagwa who is elevating Harare despite the presence of an INCOMPETENT opposition council. Kunzvi Dam is under construction, and it is the panacea for Harare & Chitungwiza’s water problems… With a PPP managing water treatment& distribution, and Kunzvi Dam supplying the raw water, Harare will not have water problems
