Yo Jaylen Brown y'all needed to win by 23 so the final 8 minutes were clutch time tonight... U lead by 30 and almost blew it (won by 24) because of b2b plays like this. We all know u never pass to Tatum, but this outrageous man! He was too open to not hit him.. especially the second one. Do u even see the play, or are u too panicked in clutch time to look for the guy? There's no need to throw up wild forced shots, ever. U got lucky the first one went in btw. Crazy fucking take when u had wide open teammates all over the perimeter. Kick it out!

Asked Jason Kidd about this play. Mavs trailed by 3 with 12 seconds. Dinwiddie missed a 3 with 10.6 seconds still left on the clock. “Klay was coming to get it. Naji’s our quarterback. He made the right play in the sense of thinking maybe Klay was covered so he went to Spence. He took a good shot. It just hit back rim. Had a good opportunity there.”

No we didn’t lose the game off this But can we talk about how bad this call was? Batters foot is a GOOD ways out of the box and it hits him, but he gets the free base. This 100% should’ve been ruled as the batter being out. You cannot step out of the box.
