I "know" how to do it. But i gave no idea if I can still do it. I'll probably trip and fall. I'm nearly 40 s0 breaking a bone is a possibility at this point. I better don't try it then.

Sometimes I get fired up in the grocery store and do a little skippidy boppity down the aisle.

That's actually very sad. ☹️ He has severe metabolic issues which are affecting his entire body including neuro-cognitive. This is all easily fixable through diet and exercise. @AnnetteBosworth, @KenDBerryMD, @dr_ericberg or the @OfficialADSOrg could help him skip again.
