777 shakes and rattles when doing ground engine runs because of BRTs big round things making 100,000 of thrust each!

When air is flowing past the stabilizer it is loaded. Without air flow it floats and wobbles as it has no equal forces above and below to load it.

I remember power runs on B757-200s (PW2037s). You'd bring your other Eng. up to 60% to keep it from torqueing around. Then come up to full power on the test one, you'd hit "print screen" on the Eng. indicators because you were riding a bucking bronco. Then read it all at idle.
