All options are correct if you saying b is incorrect it isn’t ,09.47 pm is a correct time , if you are using 24 hr clock neither am or pm is used at all

All times are invorrect. You only use a 0 when wirking on the 24hr clock. When using am/pm you are on 12hr clock so there is no confusion. Should be 3.47am, 9.47pm, 3.47pm or 9.47am. 24hr clock which is best would be 03.47, 21.47, 15.47 and 09.47
