It looks like she made iced coffee, sweetened with a protein shake. I do that with Premier Protein which gives 30g of protein and 1g of sugar. The other cup could have been sugar free. There are a ton of different powders to choose from. Everyone jumps to the worst conclusion because of her size.

A guy at work does this. Makes huge, two litre sugar drinks. In one day he will drink two litres of some ice coffee, sugar milk drink he mixes. Two litres of Coke or lemonade, sometimes more. And a large can of Monster. Five litres of sugar water every day. Its so disgusting to watch.
