At 0:16 seconds what looks like reds Calvary or at least there center pushes to far and creates a gap on there left(our right) flank between the center and left (right) flank, blue exploits this breaking through and then widening the gap. The front line is broken and def collapse

Rash charge in the centre left a gap for the cavalry to breakthrough and envelope its left flank leading to a rout when that flank was no longer secure

So glad the algo brought this mana to me at this moment. Following!

I'm glad you liked it, followed you too!

Was Kartenspiel a reference wrt the simul-turn mechanics, out of curiosity?

Not really. I had been making a turn-based strategy game, but because the turns were traditional, it had the problem that the more people who played it, the longer each round became. So I got the idea to create a new one in 2024 with simultaneous turns, inspired by Epic History videos

Blue skirms in mid rocked their heavy hitters

High ground in the center was the lynch-pin. That anchored Blue's left to push and the right to divide.

the charge in the center left a gap that Blue immediately exploited. the moment that blue was able to keep that gap open, it was over. Blue pushing on their right after Red's charge won the day.

big infantry gap in the center and not enough cav on the left to counter enemy flank ig

These guys and some red troops still lingering in the back instead of engaging made it 60/40 at 0:11.

I don't know if elevation plays a part, but if it does red just immediately gave up highground after an initial success

It’s because red were the god hating communist and blue were the god loving glorious Spain hero’s of Iberia.

the blue suicide squad in the beginning was sacked to bait red to the middle.

Desde el inicio se ve qué rompen líneas demasiado rápido y un poco agresivo de más, comparado con el azul que estuvo más formado y organizado

this tactic is known as the false gap. mastered by alexander the great.

They pushed into the center where the resistance was strongest and as soon as the blue cav eliminated their center artillery batteries, it was over.

Red Center over-committed charging the blue skirmishers, leaving a gap that split the line, leading to defeat in detail.

I haven't played the game, but at a guess I would say Blue marched in in a line of battle formation while Red started with much of their forces marching in column, giving them an early disadvantage.

第一一开始蓝方兵力就更强,然后红方骑兵在战局开始把一只骑兵集中在中央莫名其妙送上去了。最后蓝方西翼太弱,而红方在西翼又部署了一只成建制的骑兵部队进行包抄。

Center got too far forward. Faced enfilade fire. Right got flanked as well.

Double envelopment manoeuvre. Classic Khalid ibn al-Walid

モデルはピュドナの戦いかな

Early on it looks like red overextended on the left to capitalized on perceived blue weakness on that side. The presence of a victory point on that side also probably played into that decision. That led to red being caught exposed in a valley and under fire from blue artillery-

Red abandons the centre- turns 11-14 the central valley (?) empties of Red as they try to push their left flank while reinforcing the hills on either side. Combined with Blue's successful flank on Red's right, Blue ends up with many holes in the front

Is red African migrants?

a multiplayer it could be fun! Indeed
