It's true. Criminals have more rights than law abiding citizens now. Seems like it's not just here but everywhere. I never thought Canada would become the kind of place that needed a Batman or Punisher protecting the streets but here we are.

I watched a young woman, high on something today walk into traffic as an ambulance was coming by. She nearly was hit by the ambulance and did not notice.
