Home health care workers deserve dignity and fair pay. But the Dept. of Labor is planning to strip minimum wage and overtime protections from home health care workers who care for more than 9 million seniors and people with disabilities across our country. I’m fighting to protect the 13,000 Nevada workers who keep our seniors and individuals with disabilities safe at home. I joined a letter opposing this reckless rollback to defend the workers who support some of our most vulnerable friends and neighbors.

Every time the customer orders something and the delivery guy has to deliver it to their home. They call and complain that their driveway is private property and that they shouldn’t be using it even to deliver their mail or packages and pizza. This delivery man is fed up with the unreasonable complaints so if the homeowner doesn’t want him on the property, he is going to leave their packages on the curb on the public street from now on. Is he being reasonable or is he using malicious compliance in this case?

This woman’s elderly parent got new appliances, they get delivered and since he didn’t pay for the installation package, the delivery people opened the appliance packages and stole, yes stole the parts out of the sealed box with the installation parts included with the purchase from the manufacturer. She called the store and they said since the package was opened, they could not be returned, which she never heard before, she argues with them and they ended up agreeing on picking them back up for a return. Did the delivery people try to rip him off because they weren’t making the extra money for the install, and what are you thoughts on the store initially refusing a return on items their delivery people opened?
