Good morning, Michael. You look amazing for someone who has gone through so much. The doctors are taking good care of you. I hope you feel even better before leaving. Did the one Dr, say why he wanted to keep you another night? Don't leave too soon, or you'll be back.

Because the blood clot isn't as broken up as he'd like. They also want to do a little more checking of my bladder and kidneys. 🤷♂️ So i will wait patiently for good news 💙

Have you updated your phone to iOS 18?

You know we are all out here in awe of your strength and resilience. We are all cheering for you❤️❤️❤️

Unfortunately, when I was diagnosed with my DVT, the floor oncologist told me cancer increased our risk for a DVT or PE 5-7 fold. Once released, they will likely suggest a O2 meter to carry with you at all times. Then you’ll likely start with injectable light weight anticoagulant then switch to oral. And you’ll likely be prescribed compression socks like these. Find some fun ones, like I did! 🎶 I’m too sexy for my socks… too sexy for my socks…🎶

Sounds like a lot of good news.. and that the Docs are on top of the situation, meds and the things that need to be checked out further. Glad you’re feeling better. Hang in there. I’m sure both you and Rebecca will feel better seeing each other’s smiling faces. 💞

That’s A LOT! but it’s also answers! And most importantly GOOD NEWS! everything seems to be responding to treatment and you sound so much better both physically and emotionally then yesterday! So happy for the both of you Rebecca is able to visit! God is so very Good 💖✨✨

You are a true warrior. Love and prayers continue. Hopefully, Rebecca will have some peace after she has a chance to see and speak to you. 🙏🏻💕🙏🏻💕

Well, it sounds like you're going in the right direction! So glad you got to the ER when you did. BTW, have they checked your prostate re: urinary retention? Also, start drinking cranberry juice, it helps UTIs from taking hold. LOVE YOU.♥️♥️♥️

Thanks for keeping us posted with such a thorough analysis of everything that is going on - your capacity to retain info and then explain it clearly is very impressive

I'll comment more in detail later but when you are urinating, try pushing inward on your lower abdomen to further empty your bladder. Often those abdominal muscles being weaker mean the bladder won't empty fully as the bladder gets emptier.
