No one witnessed Tyler Robinson. No video or any witness testimony of him, a gun, or any forensic evidence at all. Except dna on a rifle he owned that wasn’t tested for residue and did not alert any of the dogs. The footage never shows a gun or a clear shot of his face. It appears to be multiple people or he changes outfits. There is no evidence matching any bullet to the gun they claim was used. The only “evidence” they have are text messages that don’t sound real that have not been made available to the defense to analyze. Text messages can be sent by anyone. That isn’t evidence. And a confession that doesn’t exist and a claim his mother recognized him from the footage that we now can all see. That statement has not been made available and probably doesn’t exist, and it doesn’t matter. The video doesn’t show any crime and it’s not clear enough for any positive ID. There are mountains of circumstantial evidence that turning point USA conspired to either kill Charlie Kirk or cover up his murder. There is an end times cult that is convinced that in order to bring back Jesus they need the US to lose to Iran and the world to turn on Israel and burn. That’s a fact btw. That’s what Ben Shapiro and Trump and kushner and the “pastors” surrounding Charlie believe. They are claiming anyone that is NOT in their world destroying death cult is in fact in Candace Owens cult. People who don’t think Tyler Robinson killed Charlie Kirk and Erika is a crazy bitch. Behold just what a fraud Omer Bartov عومر بَرتوف עמר ברטוב is. Noam Dworman quotes Bartov’s own words saying that Germany had to be destroyed in order to defeat Hitler. Bartov then says that the Allies did not commit a war crime — despite killing 600K German civilians — because after the war they occupied Germany and rebuilt it. This is just an insane argument. He assesses Allied actions as moral in hindsight, but he confidently judges Israel’s actions as genocidal before the war is over! So if Israel helps rebuild Gaza after Hamas is destroyed, will he just declare mea culpa?? And of course he vehemently denies that Bibi — unlike Churchill and Roosevelt — differentiates between combatants and civilians, but Noam Dworman brings the goods. Someone whose sudden global spotlight hinges on what Bibi did or did not say should know exactly what Bibi did or did not say. The entire anti-Israel narrative is built on lies and distortions. Julian Assange was asked over a decade ago after seeing thousands and thousands of documents and videos from the various leaks, what had surprised him the most. He said it was the big picture of the war (Post 9/11), and how so much of the death that was happening was not because of war time conflict, but because of soldiers killing civilians either accidentally or intentionally as they're policing controlled zones. He describes a story where a young girl in a yellow dress would walk around giving soldiers candy, always being left alone and treated nicely, and one day someone in a tank just decided to blow her up for no reason. This is something many Americans don't like to talk about or bring up, but Wikileaks exposed an egregious amount of war crimes that were being committed by the US military and soldiers that were either doing as they were told, or not following orders and going rogue in killing innocents. When your MSM and military is constantly telling you "these people hate us, they want us all dead, they hate America, they hate freedom", creating this evil boogey man that you must eliminate in totality, there will obviously be some sociopaths out there that have no humanity who have no problem killing innocents, including children, just as we're seeing now with Hamas in Palestine or with Israel and the bombings. Some of you might remember some of these old videos when Wikileaks first came to prominence, like the soldier throwing a puppy dog off a cliff for no reason, or the soldiers entering homes and mowing down an entire family, including kids, without knowing if they were "terrorists" or not first. I saw these videos years ago and they're still burned into my mind. Wish I could forget them. You can find many of these examples in every nation and every military across the world, and they demonstrate a symptom of a much bigger problem in society in how we've become so desensitized to war and death, our perceptions of the enemy not being like us and needing to be eliminated in totality, and what kind of forces exist above us that are driving us to think and feel such a way. Every American needs to come to terms with the fact that the US military has committed evil acts just as awful as Hamas and Israel has, and advocating for more war, death, and destruction at the behest of these criminal central bankers doesn't fix anything. It only makes them more rich and powerful. Stop being a pawn in their chess games. All wars are bankers wars.

One of the claims I address in my new book, Israel on Trial, is the allegation that Israel has committed genocide. Genocide has a clear legal definition. It means that a country, not individual soldiers, a country has the specific intent to destroy an entire people in whole or in part as such, because they are that people, by killing their members or because of their racial, religious, or ethnic origins. The proponents of the genocide claim have to show that the Israeli government had the specific intent to wipe out the Palestinians of Gaza because they are Palestinians, not because there's Hamas fighters embedded within them, not because they're trying to release the hostages. That's why when you read, for example, the briefing book that the legal team from South Africa submitted at the International Court of Justice, there's no mention of Hamas really. There's barely a mention of October 7th. There's no hostages. It's a fictional world in which there are no hostages, there was no October 7th, there is no Hamas, and there's just Israeli war planes and an innocent civilian population. That starts to look a lot more like genocide if you remove all of the essential elements that are the reality on the ground. How do we begin to analyze this question? The first is historically. We know for example from the Nuremberg trials that this argument that Hamas and its supporters are advancing was already rejected by the original people who tried the original war crimes trial at Nuremberg. The German defense team wanted to advance the defense that you shouldn't be too angry with our people, and you shouldn't think that the prosecution has any moral right to be prosecuting and trying our defendants, because the pilots who were flying over Dresden and Berlin and Tokyo and Hiroshima are equally guilty of these war crimes. And the Nuremberg trials resoundingly rejected that theory and said, "You're not guilty of these war crimes when you're fighting a war of existential survival against a genocidal regime in a war that is defensive in origin, that you didn't start, and never wanted and frankly never expected." But it's much more than that. Israel has fought the most precise, and in some respects the most humane, urban warfare conflict the world has ever seen. And you don't have to take my word for it. Take the HLMG, the High Level Military Group. The HLMG is a collection of high-level officers and generals from almost every Western army in the world. Not Jews. Not Mossad agents. These are generals from America, from Canada, from New Zealand, who all went to Gaza, went to Israel, looked at the evidence, looked at Israel's strike packages, realized that Israel is fighting a war that is essentially run by lawyers. This doesn't appear in the newspapers, but as I can tell you when I lead these judges' trips to Israel, Israel is fighting an almost preposterously Jewish war, where all of the calls of strikes that are not emergent are made by lawyers in the field. This is a reality that must be understood. Israel has a corps of military advocate generals. They're called MAGs. Think about our JAGs, for example, and many of our judges were JAGs, and so the context and the contrast is stark. Military advocate generals are deployed in the field with the commanders all over Gaza and on the Gazan border, and one of the things that you should remember about the military advocate generals isn't just their deployment. It's also that their advice is not precatory. So in the United States, a JAG says to a commander, "You shouldn't strike. That's my advice." But the commander can always override the strike because the advice is precatory. In Israel, the MAG's advice is not precatory. It's mandatory. It's an order that must be followed. Of course, if the commander disagrees, there's a whole appellate mechanism that goes to senior commanders that ultimately could end up in front of an IDF judge. I mean, this is the ridiculously legalistic way in which these Jews fight these wars. And frankly, we have seen, as judges, dozens and dozens and dozens of videos where this plays out in real time. Videos, which somehow don't make it into The New York Times, where pilots are in their planes or flying their drones over clear Hamas targets— terrorists shooting out of a mosque or out of a hospital or out of a UN car. Yes, that happens in Gaza every single day. And the pilot says, "I'm ready to fire." And then something amazing happens, something our American JAG officers are like, "What is happening here?" A nerdy Jewish lawyer comes over the air, the airwave and says, "Hey, what's that 50 yards away on the top right of the screen? Scan over to the top right of the screen." And it's two children playing soccer or three women holding a loaf of bread having a conversation. And instantly it's "Strike canceled. Strike canceled. Strike canceled." Over and over again in Gaza and in Lebanon, legitimate strikes on legitimate military targets that almost any other Western army in the world would take are canceled by Israeli lawyers, international law scholars, because of a concern for the preservation of innocent Palestinian civilian life.

One of the claims I address in my new book, Israel on Trial, is the allegation that Israel has committed genocide. Genocide has a clear legal definition. It means that a country, not individual soldiers, a country has the specific intent to destroy an entire people in whole or in part as such, because they are that people, by killing their members or because of their racial, religious, or ethnic origins. The proponents of the genocide claim have to show that the Israeli government had the specific intent to wipe out the Palestinians of Gaza because they are Palestinians, not because there's Hamas fighters embedded within them, not because they're trying to release the hostages. That's why when you read, for example, the briefing book that the legal team from South Africa submitted at the International Court of Justice, there's no mention of Hamas really. There's barely a mention of October 7th. There's no hostages. It's a fictional world in which there are no hostages, there was no October 7th, there is no Hamas, and there's just Israeli war planes and an innocent civilian population. That starts to look a lot more like genocide if you remove all of the essential elements that are the reality on the ground. How do we begin to analyze this question? The first is historically. We know for example from the Nuremberg trials that this argument that Hamas and its supporters are advancing was already rejected by the original people who tried the original war crimes trial at Nuremberg. The German defense team wanted to advance the defense that you shouldn't be too angry with our people, and you shouldn't think that the prosecution has any moral right to be prosecuting and trying our defendants, because the pilots who were flying over Dresden and Berlin and Tokyo and Hiroshima are equally guilty of these war crimes. And the Nuremberg trials resoundingly rejected that theory and said, "You're not guilty of these war crimes when you're fighting a war of existential survival against a genocidal regime in a war that is defensive in origin, that you didn't start, and never wanted and frankly never expected." But it's much more than that. Israel has fought the most precise, and in some respects the most humane, urban warfare conflict the world has ever seen. And you don't have to take my word for it. Take the HLMG, the High Level Military Group. The HLMG is a collection of high-level officers and generals from almost every Western army in the world. Not Jews. Not Mossad agents. These are generals from America, from Canada, from New Zealand, who all went to Gaza, went to Israel, looked at the evidence, looked at Israel's strike packages, realized that Israel is fighting a war that is essentially run by lawyers. This doesn't appear in the newspapers, but as I can tell you when I lead these judges' trips to Israel, Israel is fighting an almost preposterously Jewish war, where all of the calls of strikes that are not emergent are made by lawyers in the field. Personal post: As you congratulate families in Israel being reunited do not forget to convey your condolences to yet another one hundred bereaved Palestinian family. Does it still mean anything when you hear 150 Palestinian killed, or has it become part of the daily routine. Scores of civilians and many children were killed today in the Israeli operation and they may not be mentioned or will be a footnote in today’s news at best. As you smile seeing a father finally embracing his daughter in Tel Aviv, shed a tear for the father having to bury his daughter in Gaza. There is a way for Palestinian and Israeli families to be reunited in life not in death. That is the success we should all be striving for. After 8 months of massacres, Israel will use today’s images to try and justify the killing of 36000 Palestinians and the destruction of the lives of 2,3 million Palestinians. Don’t let it.
