How do you make that?

I painted a 1992 Plarail thomas using duplichrome gold paint and a gold gundam paint pen attached to an airbrush attachment, and printed out clear versions of the stickers by stumpyfunnel on clear vinyl.

They were originally drawn by stumpyfunnel on deviantart, then I vectorised them and made them transparent to be printed third party.
