EVERYONE LOVES PLAYING WITH PACE As I do my annual deep dive in to players and team stats from this past year, here are some thoughts I’ve had about Pace 1. Doesn’t matter how fast you play offensively if you can’t guard at that Pace defensively 2. Pace should be determined by your personnel 3. To win, you need to take care of the ball, get high value shots, and rebound. Your Pace needs to give you the best chance of being great in these areas 4. Pace in the Halfcourt is more important than overall Pace

Lee Pace as Thranduil was the only actor in The Hobbit series that I felt had the gravitas where he could have easily been in the Lord of the Rings series and not looked out of place. He's the only actor in the whole Hobbit series that could hold his own with the stellar cast from The Lord of the Rings. He really got the energy, aura, and style
