How to Play Pudgy Penguins? Like many others i’ve just started exploring Pudgy Penguins Heres a quick breakdown for beginners plus a few useful tips to get ahead Basic Navigation - When you enter the game, click on your nickname/PP in the top-left corner. You’ll see tabs like Gear, Items, and Badges. - Click “View all badges” to open the full badge list. Completed ones will show “Claim Badge” don’t forget to claim them. - In the FISH tab, you can see all fish types. The ones you’ve caught will appear in color. Hover over them to check the heaviest weight you’ve caught. Season & Progression - On the top-right, u’ll see “Season 1”. Click it to track your missions and Battle Pass (BP) level. - There’s also a Premium Pass that speeds things up, but this guide focuses on free-to-play progression. - Complete missions to earn BP your BP level is just as important as your in-game level. - Most likely, end-of-season rewards/airdrop will be based on the leaderboard, so dont ignore BP progression. Map & Movement - Bottom-right corner = navigation hub (Map, Settings, Menu). - You’ll mostly use the Map to travel between locations required for quests. Fishing System - You need a rod + bait to fish. - To catch rarer and heavier fish, you must upgrade your rod. - This requires collecting the igloo-shaped in-game tokens. Tip 1: Upgrade your rod to Level 3 (Max) as quickly as possible. > Buy Worm Bait and grind fishing until you max it. This gives a huge early advantage. Tip 2: Once your rod is maxed, switch to Anchovies Bait. > This helps you boost Reel Speed and Rod Luck. > Roughly, for every 30 tokens spent, you can earn around +60 back. Tip 3: If you want to quickly complete the "Catch a Clown Fish (uncommon)" mission in the Battle Pass use JERKY BAIT. > This significantly speeds up completion. Note: Some quests require finding NPCs across the map. They can be tricky i’ll probably compile all NPC locations in a separate post.

A group of friends were on their boat fishing for the day. They started fishing on one end of the lake and everything was fine until they started getting less fish. Their equipment was showing fish on another end of the lake. The guys go to the other end and start fishing, but then their engine on the boat started stalling and they were stranded in the water. To make matters worst, a man in a bigger and stronger boat was upset they were fishing there. He started to create a wake that almost sunk their boat when he got within 10 feet of them. I always thought if another boat was having problems that you were required to help them, but shouldn’t he be charged for trying to sink them?
