We have a welfare state so expensive, that high progressive tax (Communist Manifesto Plank #2) cant pay for it, so we need the Fed (Plank #5). Every productive enterprise is regulated, most professions are licensed. Govt owns roads, airports, harbors, trains, mail, radio spectrum, electric grids, water, sewer, and schools (Plank #10). It's not capitalism. NOT EVEN CLOSE.

Love Students for Liberty! Walter Williams was one of my professors at George Mason in the early 1980’s. I was so fortunate to get my BS in Economics and formed in Austrian Economics.

He was talking about free market capitalism, not crony capitalism, corporatism or any fascist markets where government funds it to a great extent.

Free markets wasn't no regulated markets, no regulations has lead to capital concentration and no competitions, we are in a feudalist monopolistic system where elites are swimming in overliquidity pushing asset inflation
