Capitec funeral policy is a scam 😒 Malema Floyd Shivambu Paul Mashatile Minnie Limpopo ARVs

I used to work for @CapitecBankSA and as long as all documentation was received, the payout was quick.aybe try get management to handle this issue directly to check what the actual problem is. I left the company but I still have a funeral cover there and life cover.

Guess it depends, we never had a problem with Capitec when we put in a claim

You guys should check which insurance is the policy underwritten, You cannot claim policy from Liberty Group and Standard bank because they are both underwritten on the Standard Bank Group

Recently submitted a funeral policy claim with @CapitecBankSA and received payout in less than 48 hours. No issues.

You know it’s so heart sore . Experiencing the death of a loved one and still having to try get paperwork done and live with your emotional side of your parent passing away !!! I hope they can help these people 😔 seriously. 💔

Capitec buried my late mom with dignity and without talking to anyone from Capitec customers care but just to submit the correct form.

Sanlam honestly remains the best funeral policy. They never gave me hassles during the claim for my grandma’s funeral.

I have claimed 3 times from @CapitecBankSA never had problems. Isolated incidents of confusion. They have every right to investigate. Read your policies people.
