Algeria, Libya and the other one I can’t see the name? Each Nation becomes a State in the Union. Each States retain their own State authority. The military becomes the State police. You might want to build a separate military for the entire union but each state has its defenses. States operate separately of one another. They create State roads. The Federal Government creates Inter State Roads that connect us to each other. Water comes down mountains into reservoirs usually. We tried to stop the Allies from making boundaries through arid land and fighting over water but it is their way. They fight each other over money and resources all of the time. They have damned the Colorado River. Created a new lake and they still fight over water. They like to fight. It is not war it is only petty fighting. Most people usually prefer to stay in the States where their ancient tribes/families were from. Many travel all over freely without papers but usually go back to their States sooner or later. The Cherokee Nations were the largest ancient Nations - They stay in two States. It was going to be one but it was too big. It was supposed to be called The Carolinas. Today they call it South and North Carolina European decedents like to call us Slaves of African tribes so we let them but most of us know who we are. Our European allies purchase our land from each other in a system that they lock us out of though. You might want to be mindful of that with your Russian allies. Education has been a challenge and still is - yet- We are at home in peace united. & Unification is very nice. We do not War against one another any more. We are 1. It can be done.
