This scene from The Clone Wars where Anakin interrogates Poggle The Lesser has always been one of the most unexpectedly disturbing moments in the entire series IMO. Such a dark sequence, and one that It just goes to show that as much as Palpatine further pushed Anakin towards the Dark Side, it wasn't (and never was) 100% his decision to fully make. There was always a piece of Vader inside of Anakin Skywalker, and the brutality here absolutely shows it.

Gennedy Tartakovsky and his creative team genuinely gave us one of the greatest lightsaber duels of all-time and we don’t talk about it nearly as much as we should. Without a single line of dialogue, Anakin and Asajj Ventress’ duel in the rain on Yavin IV from the 2003 Clone Wars micro-series is still just as intense over two decades later.

These guys immediately gave up after Anakin got the high ground. Thats one powerful high ground, reason why i love clone wars is that it almost justified Anakins actions later down the line. multiple times throughout the show, we see Anakin go rogue and do his own thing. and he gets results. his way works a lot of the time

Captain Howzer's speech from this episode of The Bad Batch is genuinely one of the best moments in Star Wars animation and isn't discussed nearly as much as it should be. Still gives me goosebumps years later. Watching all of the other Clone Troopers drop their shields, despite knowing the consequences of not following Imperial orders, is so emotionally powerful. An excellent reminder that these were soldiers made to protect The Republic, and never meant to serve an Empire.

Palpatine using this confrontation as a secret way to see if Anakin’s skills now outmatch his current apprentice’s is absolutely diabolical. Dooku almost didn’t make it Episode III with Anakin moving like that.

Poor Anakin, in his 40s and still a padawan. Who could blame him for blowing up at Mace Windu the way he did? Even the way Hayden made his voice sound similar to how he sounded when he was younger as Anakin is on point. He really killed it.

One of the smartest details from the Revenge of the Sith novelisation is how Obi-Wan and Anakin deceive Count Dooku. Knowing they had failed on Geonosis, they open the duel with basic attacks from Ataru and Shien, forms that Dooku’s Makashi easily dismantles. This convinces Dooku that he’s facing the same Jedi he defeated three years earlier. Then they switch. Obi-Wan returns to his impenetrable Soresu, while Anakin unleashes the refined Djem So he mastered during the Clone Wars. Dooku suddenly realizes the opening exchange was a ruse and that Anakin had surpassed power levels he thought were possible.

Here is the Boston Red Sox’ No. 1 prospect talking (with the help of translator Juan Montero) about his first week-plus in AAA, what he thinks about playing second base and staying with the organization after having his name brought up during the MLB trade deadline. “It’s something that’s part of the game. I just want to play the game and enjoying it as much as I can and not try to think about it.” On the possibility of being a late season call up to the Red Sox? “I’m just trying to enjoy the game as much as I can and I’m not trying to think about it and when that call comes, I just want to enjoy it as much as I can.”

Tucker spends the whole time insisting he’s not antisemitic… while: - Ranting about how much he “disdains” Israel - Claiming America is compromised because people in government are “paid off” by them - Mocking successful Jews as dumb and undeserving - Repeating he does not trust the American system or the FBI All that, and in the same breath he is gushing that he “loves Qatar,” how “great” Qatar is, and how he could “defend” Qatar. He just happens to hate Israel, not trust America and adore Qatar. Sure.
