Car Service City will have a cover called Motor Cover Inside and Out.. which should cover the car when when in their possession whether on the road on in their workshop. Otherwise they are liable for fixing the car or replacing it.. get you a good lawyer

King price is bad. I immediately change them when numerous ppl warned me. They even refused for me to change till I made several debit order reversals.

I believe most insurances(theirs and yours) will only cover the market value of the vehicle and not what is owed on the vehicle. In this case I would then sue Car Service City for the shortfall left on your car loan as damages. This is really sad situation for everyone.

Never use Kingprice they are the worst insurance company ever , they make a million excuses not to pay out

Credit Shortfall bantase. Value of the car is more than what you owe the bank. You can possibly sue Car Service city for the shortfall.
