Yeah. A lot of stuff feels off including releasing it in this state and then only after all the outcry mentioning they are going to release mod tools and stuff for free and stuff for the new modpack format. But they went out of their way to say animations using it is on patreon!

Honestly, the whole thing seems like a confusing mess. I was looking at it earlier cuz I thought it was a good idea. The windows are incredibly small and I don't see anyway to expand them. There's absolutely no instructions on how to use it correctly, it can't seem to find any -

The latest report confirms, the City does not have a revenue problem, it continues to have a spending and management problem that can only be solved through organizational reforms and a renewed focus on prioritizing the City’s core responsibilities.
