Why is there a need for an ivcs plugin? Ivcs is just a sklb and shouldn’t it need to be prio 0?

Honestly, the whole thing seems like a confusing mess. I was looking at it earlier cuz I thought it was a good idea. The windows are incredibly small and I don't see anyway to expand them. There's absolutely no instructions on how to use it correctly, it can't seem to find any -

Wait, ivcs has a json plug in? But why not just use the mods and install them via penumbra.
