@alfahbabe Carageenan is horrible! But you showed Daisy Sour Cream which is cultured cream and salt. That’s it. Their Cottage Cheese has no Carageenan either! Any of those “nut milks”? Full of Carageenan. Bad news thanks for the video.

Potato flakes, that makes a lot of sense. I always wondered what the hell “dietary fiber” was. They shouldn’t be able to list fiber as an ingredient if they don’t know the source of the fiber. It could be fiberglass for all we know 🙄

My wife has alphagal, and this is one we've become acutely aware of. Nothing is safe, IMHO, unless you grow it yourself. Even then, be cautious of what you fertilize with, etc.

I’m glad he said xanthan gum is safe, I use that for making frappes and milkshakes at home. It’s $8-10 a bag but lasts a long time and really makes the consistency great.
