He made it clear that the Hamptons was a meeting created by Charlie to discuss pressing issues – including Israel. Charlie hand-picked and invited 30 or so people. They gave him honest opinions, and Charlie controlled and moderated the event. “To Charlie’s credit, he was polling the room. He was trying to see where people stood on these things, and he wanted to hear from us.” Neither Tucker nor Carrie were present, but both Tucker and Carrie discussed the event and claimed Seth bullied Charlie. Seth specifically refuted the claim that he applied a “pressure campaign” to Charlie or that Charlie was ever told by anyone at the event what he NEEDED to do.
