This video also proves that an ICE officer was in front of the vehicle as she made forward driving motion at him, despite his quickly dodging her deadly move, after she was ordered to stop and exit her car. She was hostile in action. This forced the ICE cop to protect himself.

Before Renee was shot, the steering wheel was turned all the way to the right, causing the car to turn to the right. After Renee was shot, she naturally lost control of the steering wheel. Anyone who knows how to drive knows that at this point, the steering wheel would automatically return to the center position, and the car would change from turning right to going straight, which is what caused Renee's car to potentially hit Ross. Therefore, it can be said that even if Ross was grazed by Renee's car, it was entirely because Ross shot and killed the driver, causing the car, which was originally turning to the right, to collide with Ross. This is like Ross blowing up a house with a bomb and burying himself in the rubble – a classic case of lifting a stone to hit his own foot.
