What’s the difference between a loan and a bailout? And if BART has cash flow problems today, how does giving them a loan actually fix the underlying issue? How will you service the loan if you have cash flow problems, and what measures is BART taking to increase cash flow today? After this budget hearing, I have more questions than answers. Taxpayers in Northern California, the Central Valley, and Southern California shouldn’t be on the hook until there is a concrete, sustainable plan — not just a temporary patch to delay the inevitable collapse of the BART system.

Former national intelligence agency officer in Romania basically says that the Romanian officials KNOW about the huge amounts of cash transports from Vienna to Ukraine. And that they're covering up or may even be involved for financial gains. This corroborates the video testimony of the cash-in-transit employee that I posted a few days ago. The employee claims the border police and high level politicians are offering protection. And it also corroborates the information coming from Hungary on these transports. Shockingly, the former intelligence officer says "we won't ever find out, because it's classified." How much cash money can you withdraw in your country and what would happen if you would make millions of euros worth of CASH payments to your employees?
