I have studied SC/ST act in depth and I can say with full responsibility that SC/ST act of 2018 is the most draconian act of human history. Even Britishers never made such acts against Indians. This act is even far more draconian than the Rowlet Act Currently misuse of it is happening only in rural areas but the day it started to be misused in urban areas and specially by political parties, that will be a nightmare situation Provisions made in this act really crazy and completely against the principal of natural justice
