Hugh isn't voicing Wolverine's cries in the game, it's actually from the recording of the movie Logan 🎬. You can recognize the movements and cries in the scene where he fights in the forest in the 3rd act 🌳. If you observe closely, there's even a montage inserted on the TV 📺.

I must say it's a well inserted video on the TV.
