Had to save one of my chickens from a coyote a few weeks ago. One jumped the fence to grab a chicken while another 3 waited on the other side. I screamed loud enough at 6.30AM to wake up the dead, but saved my chicken.

I watched my kitty do this as a fox was attacking my chickens. The fox killed a few but Taco Cat saved some of them! I thought he was was a cat phenomena, but it looks like this has happened before🤣

I have my doubts the chicken survived the trauma.

Thats why you need more cats

It means that the fox & the baby-foxes will go hungry. The cat & the chickens will get fed. No human is going to feed the foxes. So much for ‘saving’ The strident calls of saving nature & the wild just hit a reality check. Moral: saving nature is always someone else’s problem.
