This is Simon and he was arrested for this video. He isn't allowed to see his little girl. He's fought for years since she was 9 months old. He's had an on off relationship due to mother taking him to court and stopping contact, over ridiculous things. The bond is so tight it picks up quickly though. Thank God, but he's currently gone since October, no contact. It's now late February. Off the back of this video mother claimed HE sexualised her. Although daily on social media we see this stuff and love it. Judges and family courts need to be educated on social media, this was innocent fun.

I’m anti-tripod and usually train before dawn, but yesterday my daughter is in town and it was Sunday so she filmed a set to prove I still lift. I appreciate the kind commentary 😂 This Arsenal row is known in the pro bodybuilding community as “The Humbler”. Countless times I have seen bros pop a 45 on each side and not be able to lift it off the rack. Keys to this lift are get a full stretch and not bend back like you’re doing the limbo. Quite possibly the best back machine ever created.

🐋 Tay missed filming for 3 episodes, and for a while it was hard to keep in touch with the others, because everyone had been through a lot together. While I was away filming Scarlet in Chiang Mai, Daou was the one updating me. Then he texted to say goodbye, and I was like, “Wait, we were just getting close.” It felt like we were never going to see each other again. Back then, who would’ve known it was because Daou broke his finger, and there was that sign-pulling game, so he thought he couldn’t come anymore. I was honestly so shaken. I really felt like we were finally becoming close, and when he said he wouldn’t be there, I kept thinking, “Then who’s going to replace him?” So I told him, “Daou, please come.” And then the day Daou came back, his finger was still in a splint. These two were hosting a seniors night event at school. Eve though everything is planned and scripted they still manage to go off script. When it’s time to play the national anthem, they don’t play it as they were supposed to, instead they both laugh and blunder their way through it so bad a teacher had to walk in and remind them to play it from their phone. Do you feel they were intentionally trying to disrespect the anthem or was is their unscripted chance for a time to shine moment gone wrong?

The stunt in Scarface where Omar Suárez is thrown from the helicopter was by far the most difficult and dangerous in the film, because nothing like it had ever been done in Hollywood before. Veteran stuntman Dick Ziker, who built his career on some of the industry’s most dangerous stunt work, said it was “in the top one or two” most terrifying he ever performed. The effects team had to specially design a custom ratchet rig so they could control the line as Ziker fell. It was basically a carefully rigged bungee jump, except the line was attached to his neck instead of his feet. It had to be controlled very precisely. If the rope was too loose, Ziker would bounce back up and the stunt would look fake; but if it was too tight, the force would snap his neck. The challenge was to perform it in a way that maintained realism, without risking serious injury. Dick Ziker said that when he fell from the chopper, he hit the end of the cable so hard, “it almost pulled the helicopter out of the sky…” “That was the first time anything like that ever been done - people weren't even doing bungee jumps in those days off bridges. So it was kind of an exciting, very frightening thing. I had black and blue marks everywhere. I'm going, "I will never do that again as long as I live." However, Brian De Palma reviewed the rushes and immediately felt something was off, even though he couldn’t quite put his finger on it. He eventually realized the problem: when the stunt was filmed, Ziker’s arms were not tied behind his back. Host: Am I the asshole for not wanting to give my late husband's frozen sperm to his parents? My husband and I froze his sperm after he was diagnosed with cancer so we could still have children together if chemotherapy left him infertile. Sadly, the treatment didn't work, and he passed away on July 19. His parents knew we had frozen his sperm because they were heavily involved throughout his treatment. After he died, they asked if I still planned to use it. I told them no. Then they asked if I would transfer ownership of the sperm to them so they could have grandchildren instead. I assume they're planning to use a surrogate, but I was so shocked that I didn't even ask. My immediate reaction was that it felt wrong. We froze his sperm because we wanted to build a family together—not so his parents could continue his bloodline after he was gone. I'm also confused about the logistics. They're both in their 60s. Who exactly is supposed to raise this child? The surrogate? Another family member? My husband didn't have any siblings, and I certainly wouldn't feel comfortable doing it myself. To me, it feels like they're focused on continuing the family bloodline without really thinking through what's best for the child or what my husband would have wanted.

Host: Am I the asshole for not wanting to give my late husband's frozen sperm to his parents? My husband and I froze his sperm after he was diagnosed with cancer so we could still have children together if chemotherapy left him infertile. Sadly, the treatment didn't work, and he passed away on July 19. His parents knew we had frozen his sperm because they were heavily involved throughout his treatment. After he died, they asked if I still planned to use it. I told them no. Then they asked if I would transfer ownership of the sperm to them so they could have grandchildren instead. I assume they're planning to use a surrogate, but I was so shocked that I didn't even ask. My immediate reaction was that it felt wrong. We froze his sperm because we wanted to build a family together—not so his parents could continue his bloodline after he was gone. I'm also confused about the logistics. They're both in their 60s. Who exactly is supposed to raise this child? The surrogate? Another family member? My husband didn't have any siblings, and I certainly wouldn't feel comfortable doing it myself. To me, it feels like they're focused on continuing the family bloodline without really thinking through what's best for the child or what my husband would have wanted.
