Community leaders are now calling for urgent intervention by senior police management and oversight structures, urging authorities to act decisively, restore public trust and ensure that the law is applied equally, regardless of who the suspects may be connected to. Police in Mpumalanga had not responded to requests for comment at the time of publication.

Horrific mass shooting KILLING EIGHT CHILDREN on Sunday morning just after 6 a.m. in Louisiana. At least 10 people were struck by gunfire in what police are calling a domestic disturbance. The children killed ranged in age from 1 to 14 years old. Police confirm that “all of the deceased in this case are juveniles.” The perpetrator was killed by police after he carjacked a car, was chased by them, and they shot him. He was the father of at least some of the deceased and the only person police believe to have shot the children. It’s “a rather extensive crime scene spanning between two residences” and a third residence, according to Chief Wayne Smith of the Shreveport Police Department.
