oh my heartttt 🥹 #beckysangels : what would you say to someone who's currently stuck in between something right now? becbec: i would say it's okay. i think that's just a part of life. it's a step of slowly growing one step at a time. go through it. go with whatever you feel like is the best option. it may not be the best option, but it's okay. and just enjoy every single moment because i feel like every moment passes by quickly.

Asked to reflect on navigating a “hellish” public breakup, Perrie acknowledges that she receives criticism for answering questions about it, “[but] I’m like, ‘But it really affected me massively’”: “People are gonna hate me talking about it… I can’t catch a break. If I talk about this, they’re like: ‘Why are you talking about it?!’ But anyway, shut up! Yeah, [it’s my life]. When you go through heartbreak, it is hellish. You can’t eat, you can’t sleep, you feel horrendous. You don’t feel good enough and you feel like you’ve been left for something better, or whatever it is… Then what makes it even worse is, I feel like the world was then looking at me, laughing at me. I felt embarrassed; I felt horrified. I had serious breakdowns. I did. Because it wasn’t just the heartbreak I was dealing with. I was dealing with everybody looking at me, and I felt ridiculed. I just couldn’t cope with it; I hated it. I was breaking down in performances, which isn’t like me at all. I was crying constantly. I think I was depressed… I know that sounds ridiculous! But I think it was this plus this plus this, and everything on top. It was like, I had to be there for the girls; I had to be switched on; I had to power through for Little Mix – but I also just wanted to be left the fuck alone. But I also was getting followed every two seconds and asked about it 24/7, and it was the headlines, it was everywhere, and it was a lot! And this is the thing – when people are like, ‘Stop talking about it!’ I’m like, ‘But it really affected me massively’.”

🧸maybe because it's been such a long time? 🐰for me, except for the first day 🐿 I always get nervous before I go onstage but once I'm up, the nerves go away 🧸I was really nervous for the Netflix show Maybe it's because I was so nervous then.. 🐿I think this concert feels a little less pressuring for us 🧸yeah, that's a big part of it 🐱that too, and we prepare 🧸that's right 🐱a lot

Dino : Can I call you hyung ? 🐯 Of course, you can call me hyung. Just talk comfortably like this Dino : Yep, yep 🐯 No worries Dino : I kept thinking it would be nice if you could stay with me until this evening, hyung. 🐯 Really ? Ah … I'm really sorry, but … Dino : It's not that or anything, it's just … 🐯 I actually want to stay too but I have to go perform in a play.

minho calling taeyeon and winter out to go run 😭😭 (spotify did an event with minho where fans could post a song recommendation to listen to while running for minho on their stories and minho would reply to their recommendations) 🎶 priority - max changmin, taeyeon, winter 👤 for some reason, i feel like my lung capacity has improved like theirs so i'm running better ㅎㅎ minho: it's a song featuring people that i like! it's an smtown song where our changmin hyung, taeyeon noona and winter gathered. uh honestly the people who like high notes, i think you would really like this as soon as you hear/listen to it. and they're incredible vocalists with insane lung capacity right, so i'm sure all three would be great at running but right now i know you are not running(not going for runs)! changmin hyung runs with me often so i know about him but taeyeon noona! and winter! if you're watching this video, i hope you go out for a run. i'm not joking, seriously/really go out and run
